I think so.
They did have some in Mikey last year that were kind of like this but silver. Maybe try jewellery sections in department stores, or a Swarovski store.

Sorry, this is going to sound a really vague description but someone mentioned a website on here a few months ago which I've completely forgotten the name of.
It sells 'young-looking' jewellery and accessories, the kind of thing that somewhere like Topshop would sell (more plastic-looking than gold, silver etc). Its fairly cheap and I think it has a few shops in London.
If you have any ideas I'd be really grateful :)
