Earlier someone posted a thread to let us know pearlie and ella77 have been banned. There were a few expressions of regret at the news and i asked if someone could explain what was going on and why they have been banned as i could not find anything in Feedback and Suggestions. That thread has now gone. So here's a chance for anyone who doesn't know that ellla77 and pealie have been banned to find out (though who knows how long this post will be about). Can someone please fill me in?? Wouldn't it have been better if instead of deleting the previous thread the mod had put a sticky at top of page telling us what is going on and where we can discuss it?

GC has been closed for the day while the Moderators and SCMs try to remove the threads which have been duplicated several times about this weekends revelations. Users were asked to please not post off topic threads in the other fora while GC was shut (as it was only temporary - see here Admin's announcement at the top of the page). Unfortunately, off topic threads in other foras have been removed, like the one regarding banning in Fashion.
There is now a thread stickied in Rellies for all those who wish to post on the events of today but can't with the fact that GC is closed. If you are looking to express opinions/ask questions, the best place to do it is at the moment, at least until GC is open again. That way you can post without fear of the whole thread being removed.

Since you lot are all really in tune with fashion etc, thought I'd ask your opinion on these clothes. They're mostly all evening wear and a couple of bridal dresses as well.

Just for your info, my partners father is a fashion designer abroad and is looking to introduce his clothes to the UK. Just doing a little bit of research before bringing some of the clothes over and visiting some boutiques.
