O/T but...
fashion is my home (and no i'm not asking a question :D )
We got an offer accepted on a house today :whoop: :yay:
Can't believe it, feeling nervous, excited and scared at the same time :cmdunno:
It's the lower end of our budget so that's good and not the biggest house but a great starter home :D
Just got to keep my fingers crossed that we exchange ok (especially as i've picked out decor for the bedroom already :o )
No point to this thread but i had to tell someone

I started shopping as soon as we had our offer accepted - the mirror I bought the next day still has pride of place in our lounge, 10.5 years later :) Fond memories.

What do I wear this with?
NO.2. ask :
What do I wear this with?
1 Attachment(s) Hi all
Have just purchased this skirt from Dorothy Perkins online.....but now have no idea what to wear it with!
Any ideas?! I need help, I have absolutely NO style! :o :o
Answer:
White vest top, crochet tie front top (there's a few of these around at the moment, especially in DP and I think in Oasis too) - bit stuck on the shoe front though - I don't normally wear maxi skirts.
Don't forget to accessorise - I'd probably wear beads and a low slung leather woven belt.
Hope this helps!
Answer:
1 Attachment(s) Hey Jen, I've been eyeing up that skirt too! I was thinking about wearing my maxi skirt with tee's and a wide belt. Here's a bit of inspiration for ya!;)
Answer:
I was thinking t-shirts and cool belts too.
On the shoe front I'd prob wear flatties.
Maybe some ballet pumps or birkies, I don't think heels would go!

London Fashion W/E - I have a spare ticket
Hi girls,
I have a spare ticket for Sunday afternoon (20 February) entry from 2pm. Unfortunately, my girlfriend who was going to go can't make it :( and it would be a pity to let it go to waste.
Whoever PMs me first can have it (free!)
I don't think the post will get to you in time, so you might have to meet me on Sunday itself (or at the meet on Saturday)
Answer:
Hiya PC... would've loved to... but duty calls and I am at the in-laws for sunday lunch!!!

Little Blue Hoops!
NO.5. ask :
Little Blue Hoops!
Ok... hopefully someone will know what I'm talking about here!
Do you remember those little coloured hoop earrings that were popular a while ago? The really small ones that you would wear at the top of your ear rather than on the lobe. Usually they were sort of metallic blue although i think you could get other colours too.
Does anyone know where i could get some of those? I've been looking everywhere without success!
Answer:
any punk/alternative shop will have rows and rows of them. :)
Answer:
You could try Claire's maybe? They have loads of earrings:)
Answer:
Hmm well I dunno, I tried Claire's yesterday and they had coloured hoops but they were all bigger than the ones I'm looking for.
I also went into every punk/alternative shop I know of in Glasgow but no luck!
I'm going back to Manchester tomorrow (I'm a student there) so I'll see what if has to offer. I was hoping there might be somewhere online I could get them?
Thanks very much for your suggestions anyway guys :)
