Tweed cropped trousers
Does anyone have any views on cropped tweed trousers? I acquired a pair from Primark a while ago and only just remembered that I had them  They're dark pink/plum coloured, quite well-cut, wide-legged and slightly below mid-calf length. I think that's too long, so if I keep them they will be shortened a little and probably cuffed at the same time. At the moment I'd wear them with dark brown boots (ideally pointy toed kitten heels, but I can't afford any right now :boohoo: ).
I seem to remember not being sure about them when I bought them, but buying them anyway on the principle that I might regret it if they did the usual Primark disappearing act. I'm still not 100% sure, partly because it's a radical departure for me - I've got wee short legs so normally wear my trousers as long as possible to get some extra leg length! If they were full length, I'd definitely keep them.
So does anyone have any opinions/views on whether they should stay, or be re-homed at the local charity shop?

Answer:
I think you should keep them, but then I have the exact same trousers. I've just bought some new kitten heeled round toed boots from Dolcis for £47 (woo) to wear with them, and a whole load of new skirts that I have
keep!
Well, I think they're like mine anyway. Mine are rediish plum with a pattern on them
Answer:
I like them! (this type of trousers in general, I mean.)
They look great with slingback kitten heels and a white shirt, for work.
Answer:
Keep them!
I got some grey cropped tweed trousers from new look in the sale for £10. If they were full price i would probably have not picked them up but i'm so glad i did!:yay:
They look great with knee boots and jumpers for a winter look and for the spring i'm planning to wear mine with a white racer back vest and some gold dancing style sandals i have bought.
Defo defo keep keep keep!
Answer:
I wear mine mostly with boots... tan suede ones if the troos are browny sort of colour, black leather ones if the troos are grey tweed... I never got any of the pink tweed trousers or anything like that.
I think cropped trousers would also be pretty good with kitten heel mules or ballet pumps... i'll probably brave mine when the weather gets a bit better though, so it's just boots for now.

Answer:
Office never ever seems to have any new shoes in. Everytime I go there it's the same old shoes that have been there for ages. What's the STORY??
Answer:
i'm not a fan of office to be honest. always seems to expensive for me and the heels are ridiculous heights
Answer:
Sorry to hijack but I have a couple of Office questions:
Does Office do a student discount?
Do they give refunds if you change or mind or is it just exchanges and credit notes?
Wedge heels

Wedge heels
1 Attachment(s) Am dithering over a number of pairs of wedge heels - the red multicoloured MJ ones (but my friend has some), and now, some miu miu ones I have found on the scorah patullo website.
Am quite tempted by these....
Any opinions as to which are nicer, these or the MJ ones?
Answer:
1 Attachment(s) These are the Marc ones - though I was looking at the red and orangey ones...
Answer:
I like the Miu Miu ones Lizzie - they're fab!
Answer:
hmmm - am very tempted.
I think I prefer them to the Marc ones - have only seen them today. Thank god I didn't get the Marc ones!!!
Am off on hols in 2.5 weeks, so reckon I can justify it!!!
Answer:
I agree, the Miu Miu ones are much nicer. :)
Where would I get Hello Kitty pumps?
NO.4. ask :
Where would I get Hello Kitty pumps?
I saw someone wearing the cutest little Hello Kitty shoes yesterday and I'm kicking myself for not asking where they were from. They were a fushia colour with little Hello Kitty faces all over. Anyone know where I can get me a pair?!
Answer:
Cult Clothing springs to mind, and if no luck there, then Ebay?
Answer:
1 Attachment(s) Were they like this?
Answer:
Oh they are so sweet where are they from?:flirt:
Answer:
Those are by irregular choice... probably find them in www.schuh.co.uk or www.voodooshoes.com
They're the ones with the cleft toes... I used to think these were quite cool quirky until I tried them on and they were so hard and uncomfortable.

.. Trying on a bag!!!
I was in Next and saw a nice bag with medium length handles so I put in on to see how it looked/felt. Problem is, I had my big thick winter coat on and when I put my thumb under the strap to pull it off it got stuck and bent my thumb right back
I didn't scream out load, but my sister nearly p!ssed herself laughing. I should sue  (Next not my sister, that would be pointless as she's skint).
To add insult to injury she then found these lovely shoes we had both been eyeing up in New Look on sale for £5!!! I was gutted (we hadn't bought them previously as we are both crap in heels and it's a 4" shoe! but at £5 I would have bought them if i'd have seen them first).
Tut.
I'm sulking by the way in case you hadn't noticed, and no laughing at my bloody injury it's not funny
What have you lot been up to this weekend (apart from the one's that went to the London meet - I've read about that).

Answer:
Poor you.
Got to love a bit of slapstick though.
Today I pulled the door to my office building open, my hand slipped, and I fell down some steps into the street. I somehow managed, VERY ungracefully, to avoid falling right on my arse thanks to some quick stepping.
:o :o
Trust me to make a spectacle on a Monday morning.
Answer:
Once, while exiting the bank and trying to type a text at the same time, I walked into the big glass door. I thought it was already open. It wasn't, the man standing nearby found it hilarious. :o :o
Answer:
Mmm...seeing as we're on the topic of embarrassment last weekend I was at a fancy dress party (dressed as a squaw!) and while walking through the dancefloor I managed to get a sequin from my shoe caught in my fishnets, so I just stood there like a flamingo, flapping my arms quite gracefully while everyone else just stood back and laughed. Good job I found it funny really! :D
Answer:
LMAO!!!!!!
Oh I feel so much better now. I've been a bit off for the last couple of days and keep losing my balance, falling over, or hurting myself, so it's good to know you lot do it as well.
