What's the best Primark in South London?
I've just come back from Ireland and discovered the miracle that is Penneys!!
NEVER knew that this was actually Irish Primark and so now HAVE to get to one of these stores!!
Never come across them before as live in central London where there aren't any:eek:
So can anyone recommend any in the London, ideally south!, area at all!!
I can't believe the quality of their little t-shirts and their bikinis are AMAZING!!
I literally bought a whole new suitcase with stuff and only spent about £80!!!
Can't wait to get to one of the english ones!!
thanks!!

Answer:
Hammersmith's good.....
Answer:
There's a large-ish store in Wandsworth. The store in Tooting Broadway is always a mess!
Answer:
The Lewisham store is quite good (shocking I know, as Lewisham is now scum central) Also Bexleyheath used to be good, but haven't been there in ages!
Hope this helps!

Oi I grew up in New Cross, Lewisham's 'my manor' and I can assure you that I'm not scum! :p
I forgot they had a Primark now - I moved outta New X in Winter 2001

Ebay help needed quick!
I have several items listed that are due to end within the hour. I have had a buyer from Japan email me saying she would like to bid. When I listed the items I said I did not post overseas but having looked into it am happy to do so. I have changed my seller preferences but am not sure they will be valid at this late stage. Will it work or do I have to relist?
Help me please!
Answer:
she can still bid - it wont matter what your preferences say
Answer:
Thanks for replying. She did bid successfully in the end and has just paid me so I'm send ing 3 items to Japan. Was quite exciting getting a bid from so far away!
HM Sues
NO.3. ask :
HM Sues
Primark.

I haven't been in either recently but has anyone seen anything really similar?
Answer:
I can't say i've seen any similarities, but I suppose as the case goes on they'll publish pics of the stuff they think has been plagiarised?
Answer:
Ullo my lovely! :)
I must say HM have a bit of a cheek suing Primark, when both companies have clearly copied their store layout from my local church jumble sale.
Answer:
Interesting. There seem to be so many copycat designs in high street fashion though - unfortunately it's just generally accepted that it's OK to plagiarise someone's designs.
I feel more sorry for less well-known designers who really feel it in the pocket when a big high street chain rips off their designs and probably don't have the time or money to take it to the courts.
Oh, and it won't stop me shopping in Primark...
Answer:
Hell Ms Mentalist :)
Yeah they are both jumble sale like to the extreme I agree. And I won't stop me shopping in Primark (well if I ever get to one) but yes, I think most of the high street is copy catting everything else - Its like when magazines do Spree or Steal and there are much cheaper items which are so similar for so much cheaper!
What a lovely fit that is
NO.4. ask :
What a lovely fit that is
hmm
and how can it fit from and 8 to a 10/12
Anyone else seen some similar stuff on their ebay travels today
Answer:
Very nice jacket indeed, and cheap as well..
Maybe it fits a big size 8 and a small size 12..
In other words, it fits a size 10
Answer:
She looks like she's going to burst out of it tbh lol
No way would it fit an 8!
Answer:
Eisenegger have similar jackets/blazers, dirt cheap.
I got this, and a black one as well.
Answer:
I was in Eisenegger 2 days ago - they have a nice combat belted jacket in stone and dark green for £16 at the mo. Also there's a nice crinkle gypsy style skirt that comes in white, taupe and brown for £15 at the mo - I'm waiting for it to drop to £10 or less.
My hsemate got a nice fitted green double breasted belted short trench coat for £!8 - it went down to £8 in the Jan sales. She got a nice black cord blazer for £12 aswell (actual price).
Sometimes that shop does "a Primark" and actually has some nice stuff in.
Short Famk Jeans?
NO.5. ask :
Short Famk Jeans?
I have done a search on FAMK jeans and read through a lot of the threads but couldn’t find the answer to my question, or, of course, I may have missed it  :o
What is the shortest leg that FAMK do? Is it 32”?
I tried a pair on for the first time yesterday and am definitely in love with them. (I know, they’re *only* jeans … ) however, ideally I would like the inseam to be 30” as I am tres, tres ICKLE. And although the label on the pair I tried said 32”, they seemed way longer than normal 32”??
If I bought them and had them taken up, I think they will lose toomuch of the boot-cut shape?
*I need these jeans* and I know you baggers have the best advice … and will be able to put my mind at ease. :)
Answer:
What style were the Jeans you tried on? I think the shortest inseam is on the older style NYD Dojos? I don't think they do an inseam shorter than 32" in any of the styles though.
Answer:
Darn!
I am not sure what the style was - they were just pretty regular kind of jeans, a bit worn looking: I just came across them in House of Fraser near victoria station where I work ...
*Sigh* ... I won't get any then :(
(Thanks for getting back to me!)
Answer:
These jeans look used, and claim to be 30" inseam ... so does that mean they have been altered do you think? (on the basis that FAMK only do a 32" shortest inseam?)

Answer:
Erm, why dont you just buy them and have them shortened!!!
I am 5 ft 1 inches and have 4 pairs of 7FAMK jeans and every single pair of them I have had taken up and it doesnt detract from them being fantastic jeans!!!!!
