Chloe Culottes
NO.2. ask :
Chloe Culottes
Does anyone know where I can still get a pair of denim Chloe culottes????
They had some on NAP, but seem to have sold out and I don't think I can get through summer without some.
I am probably after a size 38, but might get away with a 36 if I can burn off all the holiday ice creams.

Answer:
Welcome back mimi. I got mine in Matches a while back. It may be worth giving them a call. I went in there a week or so ago and I am sure I can recall seeing a pair on the rail. They do come up big for size so def worth going down a size.
Answer:
Oooh that's good news - Jules you have excellent taste!!!!
What are you going to wear them with?
I've tried on the jeans and the skirt and I'm somewhere between a 36 and 38, so I think I'd go for the 38s if I was buying over the net, but might brave the 36s in a shop.....
Will call Matches later - don't think I can pick them up until Friday though and have a party on Thursday night.........
Do they come up super high like the skirt?
xx
Answer:
ahhhh. thanks for the compliment. I haven't tried the skirt. They sit quite nice on my hips and are not unduly high. Certainly not as high as the jeans from a couple of seasons ago. I have the chloe platform sandals so will wear with those. The variations for what to wear on top are endless, but cant wait to wear them with the Matthew Williamson tattoo top I have got sitting in my closet as yet unworn. The girls are so nice in Matches I'm sure they will hold them for you and i am sure will deliver x
Answer:
I think delivery for the whole 500 yards I live from there might be a bit excessive!!! Unfortunately I have to leave for work before they open and get home once they're closed - so frustrating. I'll definitely prefer them if they're low. The skirt is really high like the jeans, which make it hard to find suitable tops and I want something I can wear all the time .
Your wedges and top soundlovely. I shall mostly be wearing mine with Topshop I imagine...!

Do you like this dress?
NO.3. ask :
Do you like this dress?
What do you think of this dress here
I'm a size 18, so It prob wouldn't suit me :( but I love it!
Answer:
Now this dress I know will suit me:)
Answer:
I love the shape - very glamorous - but am unsure of the fabric. I'd prefer it in chiffon with silk underneath, the polyester could make it look cheap imo.
Answer:
I really like both of them. I think the first one is so glamerous like nazneen said and would be flattering too. Big thumbs up from me :)
Answer:
Thanks girls.
I just been thinking about the first dress. I don't really like showing off my arms, I can't imagine a shrug looking good with it.
Who's got nice clothes that don't fit coz they have put on weight?
NO.4. ask :
Who's got nice clothes that don't fit coz they have put on weight?
Me!
It's a weird feeling. I have been the same weight for about 17 years (yes, I'm old!) but last year I put on weight and now I have loads of nice clothes that don't fit me anymore. It is so maddening when I keep thinking of nice outfits and the clothes don't fit me (or look like crap on me).
Someone at work told me today that she has a fat wardrobe and a thin wardrobe. I would have thought it was funny a year ago. Now, not so much.....
Answer:
I have LOADS of lovely things in my wardrobe that don't fit. Problem is I just can't seem to lose more than a couple of pounds without getting bored. I'm a crap dieter and just don't have the willpower to keep going.
I know I should make more effort cos I could then get back into all those gorgeous clothes. :boohoo:
Answer:
the problem with me is, I refuse to believe it is permanent so I won't buy any bigger clothes....
Answer:
me me me!
I've just spent 6 months away from the majority of my clothes, and was all excited to return to a wardrobe full of my beautiful items, and so was horrified to find I've put on too much weight to fit into any of them!!
Well, no, not strictly true, I can squeeze into them, but I think that almost makes it worse, as although I can just about get them on, they make my thighs look like overstuffed sausages, and leave huge welts in my skin from being done up, making me feel even more heffer like than I know in reality I am.
Arghh!
Answer:
I kind of have the opposite problem at the moment - clothes that are a bit too big. I haven't lost a huge amount of weight, and definitely haven't made any effort to do so but have maybe gone down half a dress size recently. Some of my skinny jeans are not quite skinny enough at the moment but things like skirts could be altered easily enough I guess...
Mens fashion
NO.5. ask :
Mens fashion
Is it OK for guys to wear any of the following:
(1) Hair side parted
(2) Leather or pvc trousers
(3) Briefs
(4) Skinhead
(5) Soft see thru plastic PVC Raincoat
(6) White vest
(7) Y Fronts
( Spiky hair
(9) A tracksuit
(10) Satin Boxers
would be interested in your opinions:)
Answer:

Answer:
(1) Hair side parted - No
(2) Leather or pvc trousers - No
(3) Briefs - Yeah
(4) Skinhead - Only if he's nice looking
(5) Soft see thru plastic PVC Raincoat - No
(6) White vest - On Ryan from the OC!!
(7) Y Fronts - No
( Spiky hair - Why not
(9) A tracksuit - If they play sport
(10) Satin Boxers- No
Answer:
Thanks for the replies. To all the items you'd say no to, what are your reasons for them? as I'm interested in what you think is ok and why whats not.
:)
Answer:
(1) Hair side parted
No, to me it conjurs up images of flat greasy hair and NHS specs.
(2) Leather or pvc trousers
Tacky on both counts. Unless he's a rocker or goth in which case he could probably get away with leather. PVC never.
(3) Briefs
Depends on the brand cut
(4) Skinhead
Depends on the head, face and attitude. As long as he doesn't come across thuggish then it's ok. There are lots of guys who look really cute with no hair.
(5) Soft see thru plastic PVC Raincoat
No. Never. Tacky and Pervy comes to mind.
(6) White vest
Absolutely not. If men have muscles then they look very "Hi, my names Brad and I have more muscle than brain" said in a west coast American accent. If they have no muscle then it's too "Mr Muscle" ...
(7) Y Fronts
No. Does this really need a reason why not? :)
(8) Spiky hair
If suits the guy then yes.
(9) A tracksuit
Only when exercising or lounging around the house.
(10) Satin Boxers
No, very tacky!
