The dress is lovely, but I've had nothing but bad luck with Unique stuff before. :mad: I bought two jumpers before which both lost their shape, went bobbly, and one even had a hole in the neckline which was almost impossible to repair!

I don't know if this is an age thing but I think the same fashions tend to come around much quicker these days. You don't feel that you have to stock up on a particular item if it's something you really like and can't get if it's not 'in fashion'.
And you know if it goes out of fashion it will be back next year in a slightly different guise :rolleyes:

This happened to me too in TopShop :eek: :eek: When I was in my teens and going through my hippy/alternative phase I had a million tiered skirts, kaftans, peasant style smocks etc.. Wish I'd kept them all now :rolleyes:

Hiya, I'm a bit of a lurker on fashion but could do with your help....
I ordered some clothes from Fat Face online - jeans tops and a skirt. The service was brill - ordered sunday lunchtime and arrived this morning. The clothes are also great. However, I looked on the web this afternoon, and the jeans I ordered and bought for £49.50 are now £34.50. Si I want to email them to see if I can have them for the sale price. I will only return them and order them for the new price if not.
But how can I phrase this in an email? I want to be assertive but not rude!
Any suggestions welcome!

Yes, mention that you received them only this morning and ask very nicely for a price adjustment. Make it sound like you're really disappointed rather than annoyed.
I do this all the time. Even Netaporter have done this for me. You've got nothing to lose by asking and I've found that usually sites are happy to credit the difference to your card to keep you a contented customer.
