chloe-esque bracelet bag from Wallis
I know, I know, totally random BUT I found what I think is the best version of the bracelet bag in Wallis
They only got them in on Friday and they are FAB (AND only £23!!!)
Now I will TRY and post a pic later, but I am a cretin when it comes to technical things so not much hope of it. :( :o :o
It's in dark sand coloured canvas, crescent shaped, about 12 inches in width and easily fits over the shoulder.
The handle is made up of round links, alternating in silver metal and cream bone/wood stuff (yes my descriptions are spot on   )
On each side, where the handle meets the bag (there isn't the chunky metal thing that there is on the genuwine article....but.....) there are four of the cream wood/bone links all stacked on top of each other on each side.
The bag is covered in round beads on both the front AND the back which are again in the cream bone/wood material. They vary from really little to bigger. But are all the same material.
They cover about 3/4 of the bag from the bottom up. Very chunky looking (and FAB as its' on both sides)
NOW what I thought about doing WAS getting some more beads and sewing them onto the bag........ Could work????? I think so ;)
Ideally beads in the tarnished gold colour..........
now where can I get beads from please peeps???
Thought you'd all like to know!! (sorry about the totally pants description. I promise though, I was gobsmacked when I saw it and with or without the extra beads it's still really nice - especially for £23!!!!)
Has anyone else seen it????

Answer:
There's a bead shop just of Carnaby Street, near Sweaty Betty (Dean Street I think) that does the most amazing beads - you may find something suitable there.
Answer:
There's a picture of it in the supplement that's free with this month's Vogue.
I'll try to scan it later.

blazers/jackets

blazers/jackets
hiya, im looking for a blazer/jacket to go with some loose jeans, for a kinda grungy look, ive tried the likes of topshop etc but ive had no luck as the ones ive seen in there dont suit my largish chest, any suggestions? links would be great too!!!
Answer:
You could try Dorothy Perkins as they seem to have a few style in.
Otherwise maybe Warehouse?
or Mango? (I tried to link the Mango site but it was being a bit weird!)
It sort of depends what colour you want- most of the things I have seen tend to be in khaki now.
Hope this helps a bit :)
Answer:
I don't know what size you are normally, but for accomodating a largish chest, I'd try Evans - their stuff is cut more flattering. Also, try getting one which buttons across the stomach rather than under the bust.
Bar that, trial and error. I'm lucky enough that I don't have that problem. :)
Answer:
Might be just me, but I don't think a blazer suits/flatters large chested women that much.
I'm not huge up top and I have tried a few and busted out of them and looked ridiculous... might have just been me or the styles I tried though.
There is also a big lass who is really busty at work who always wears suits and she is always bursting out of her jacket - it makes me cringe when I see her, so this is probably where I get my aversion to it from.
If anything, have you tried HM? They have absolutely loads of blazers in at the moment. Either that or try a larger size so that you don't bust out.
Answer:
I forget to write I would recommend getting a bigger size as I am that woman that Yingers described :o Now I have a bigger jacket which seems to fit me better, so that when I do it up it doesn't look like it is going to burst open!
Anyone actually like these???
NO.4. ask :
Anyone actually like these???
These t-shirt I have seen aorund - they are the crap bands (sorry - didnt mean to offend) from the 80's and they cost about 50 - 60 pounds!!!
Am I missing something???
Answer:
Kiss are great! (not that I know much about them)... I would definitely wear that top if I had it!
I quite like 3/4 length raglan sleeves anyway... so if they were plain white like the rest of it, I don't think it'd look as good.
ETA: No way i'd pay £50 for it though!!! Most i'd pay is about £10-15.
Answer:
I'd wear a similar tee, not Kiss as I dont listen to them, but if it was a band I was into then hell yeah  But I wouldnt pay £50 for a tee.... I pay max £20 for a band tee.
eta: is that Nicky Hilton?
Answer:
I like them. Not sure if I'd buy one, I have looked at them because I like the tight fit and the way they'd bring down something that's just too pretty pretty but that's as far as I've thought so far.
Of the ones I've seen I'd probably get AC/DC :o
Answer:
i think it looks quite good, but the thing that gets to me is that there is no way that Nicky Hilton (that is her isn't it?) has ever listened to The Kiss in her life! Jst seems a bit patronising for someone like her to 'pay tribute' to them like that.
Or is it some kind of irony that I'm completely missing?
Am I the only one...

who doesnt like wedges?
Answer:
I'm not keen on the REALLY big, chunky ones, but I bet by the end of the summer, having seen everyone wearing them, I will have changed my mind!!
I quite like the espadrille ones, they're growing on me a bit, but I'm really after some low-heeled wedges with a wooden heel which I think are a bit less of a statement, but I can't find any anywhere :(
Answer:
Nope you're not.
I think they scream footballer's wife. yeuch.
Plus I don't understand how people walk in them - they are these huge platform things; i would be scared of falling of them!
Answer:
No, I dislike wedges too.
I think some are ok, and might even have the odd one in my collection but a wedge heel usually puts me off a shoe. Dunno why, they're just not for me.
Answer:
whew thank god!
thank you, girls!
