What is the make of these jeans?
Hoping jeans experts can help here. I'm jeans shopping at the weekend and like the style of jeans that Rachel Stevens is wearing on this site - little patch pockets on the front and slightly flared. But I've had no luck identifying which brand they are - any ideas?
Also, if anyone's tried them on, are they very low rise, unflattering or difficult to wear in any way?

Those don't look like Gwyneths to me unless they have changed the shape of the pockets. Have a look at revolve clothing and see if you can see them - there are loads of jeans on there, from every angle!

It's a chocolate brown woven leather "Bottega Veneta" hobo in the softest softest sheep (??!) skin. It's just what I wanted, beautifully made and HUGE! I only ordered it on Monday or tuesday so it's got here super quick.

I am tall (5 10 /12), my OH is 5 11.
My friends are short-average height.
My problem is finding shoes that don't have a heel (apart from trainers and ballet style slip ons)
There are so many gorgeous yummy shoes around they all have 2-3 inch heels.
I feel too self conscious, like a freak as it would put me over 6 foot :eek: That is taller than most of the population :(
Everyone says how great it is to be tall, well I DON'T THINK SO!
Every spring I start getting jittery as I know I have to shop for new shoes (actually it is worse shopping for boots-I see loads I love but the heels are too tall!) and I know I will see loads I want, but am not that brave!
So my question to other tall hb'ers, what shoes do you wear?
And for everyone else, what do you think of seeing tall women wearing shoes that make them even taller?
Any advice please :confused:

I'm 5'10/11 and wear heels with pride, but i understand how you feel, sometimes it's nice to be either around the same height or diddier than your other half:lol:
There are loads of lovely flip flop designs this year and as flats are in too i'm sure you will have no problem finding some footwear for summer :)
I often look in New Look and office and although i usually get tempted by the heels they also have some lovely flat/ very low heeled shoes in;)

The thing is, every year I say to myself 'this year I am not going to care' and I really really wish I wasn't so self conscious!
I am 32 but had more confidence when I was 22!!
Perhaps next year..... ;)

I can completely undertand how you feel. im another 5'10 well i might be taller but dont measure myself anymore for fear of feeling even more self conscience if i am taller.
dont get me wrong there are loads of plus points to being tall but oh the longing i feel when i walk past kurt keiger. sob.
I am better than i used to be and will wear 2" heels. I even have a pair of 3" babies. I find that if i constantly keep my eyes out and buy when i see whether i need new shoes or not i get a good selection to choose from. Saying that i do have two pairs of 3 and a half/4 inch boots that i love to death but never wear for the reasons discussed.
if it helps i find nine west usually have nice medium height shoes and scandals and a lot of mine are from there. As for boots i agree they are a nightmare!

I'm going to a wedding in May and have bought a lovely dress from Oasis. Its a pale green, not quite lime and not quite mint, with white embroidery at the bottom. I've got a white cardi and have managed to find a corsage the same colour as the dress to go on that, but shoes and bag are proving to be a bit of a nightmare!! Can only find mint green which doesn't quite match and don't really want anymore white as thats a bit rude to the bride!!
So, what do you all think would be a good colour to go for for the accessories?!!

Ooh yes! Antique gold. I'd try a few metallics if I were you! One of them will probably look gorg. Then maybe a bag incorporating the metallic and different tones of green? I'm sure there's a nice one in Accesorize!

Geranium pink would look lovely with the green dress, think about a flower in the garden with its green leaves and you should know what I mean...
What about golden tan, or gold.
I think silver would be too washed out or brassy depending on the tone,
