Hey Fashion baggers.
I have an interview and therefore really need a suit..
I'm also tryign to lose weight so in th emiddle of size 10's and size 12's
Tried loads of places including DP, HM, Wallis and K Millen
HM had lovely suits but if I found a jacket I couldn't find the right trousers and if I found trousers.. You catch my drift
Anyway I thouhgt to hell with it.. I'll go to KAren Millen and found a nice black Suit.. Itt looked good but not fantastic whoppign excellent
Anyway the trousers were too long but some silly thing in my head said buy it
so Yep I went to the til and paid a whopping £258
Only 1 hr later I realsie that maybe in a few weeks it's not going to fit me as well as it does now as I AM GOING TO LOSE THIS LAST 10 LBS and the quality isn't that great to spend £258 on it.. Yes I agree I should ahve thought that then BUT... I have no sense when it comes to clothes shopping..
Anyway Went back within an hour and she goes she can't refund it.. She has given me a credit note for £258
Now How do I spend it.. any ideas? THE KM in Nottingham is quite small.. Went into the Regent Street KM which is tiny and I can't find anything nice there either

They're c rap in karen millen - never give money back. wouldn't buy stuff there because of it.

Nope showed a teeny weeny board behind the till that said no refunds if you just don't want it and if there is a fault they will send the clothing back to The HQ and if there is a fault then they shall refund it

I've been trying to work this out for ages. Can somebody please explain to me, what is the difference between a bolero and a shrug? Or are they just different names for the same thing?
Answer:
to me a shrug is a fitted knit 'cardigan' that comes to just under bust level. A bolero is the same sort of thing but more like a jacket and not a knit.
but I think shrugs are often described as boleros so a bolero can also mean a knit - but a shrug is never not a knit.
