Does this sort of stuff generally sell well?? and how much would you think I should list it for??? any help gratefully recieved girls!!! :D

Answer:
Can't answer about the ring but I buy gold bracelet charms on ebay and the prices that people start their bids at vary widely (I ignore anythingthat starts at over £10 and there are plenty) but the ones that are too high don't tend to sell. Antique and brand new things tend to go for more than ones that are described as used and you need to be honest if it has dings and scratches on it. Non-inscribed tends to go for more than inscribed.
Answer:
Your best bet would be to search on ebay and look at completed listings - you'll find all your answers there.

I would deffo recommend doing a favourite search and see what comes up over a week or two. Have the gold weighed as well as people often want to know how heavy it is. UK and Ireland are two of the few countries that have 9ct, US has 14ct (though they write 14K) and most countries have 18ct as the minimum purity. 18ct is definitely more attractive to buyers. Americans seem to go for white gold rather than yellow or rose gold when it comes to rings.

    Shirts in more interesting colours?
Now I'm not entirely sure what my work dress code is, I see people and suits and people in jeans. I should really find out.

I've been wearing mostly plain v neck jumpers but now it's getting a bit warmer I'd like to get a few shirts in interesting colours like purple, dark green, royal blue etc.
I don't do white or pastels.
So that leaves me with black, red, and have managed to get burgundy and brown.
    Any ideas?
    Answer:
    Hi Perfect Doak
Your HR/Personnel department should be able to give you some indication of the company dress code. ;)
For different coloured shirts, try places like Thomas Pink.
    :)
    Answer:
I agree with thomas pink shirts... a bit on the pricey side but gorgeous colours and lots of choice. They're slightly cheaper if by chance you can get them from the airport as I know they have duty free shops at heathrow stansted.
I sometimes have trouble getting shirts to fit me properly, but the TP ones fit real nice.
    Answer:
    And they are pricey!
    Nice designs though.
    Answer:
I wear shirts quite often to work. I seem to collect them from everywhere, discard them after a while and then go back to them months later!
I've found some nice shirts in next, which you might like. I'd have a look, but their site is so annoying with their navigation system of colour, that I honestly can't be...
    found some!...
There are loads more on the site, you just have to find them!
DP had some the last time I looked (I think!), too.
As well as shirts, why not try some nice vest tops since it's summer? Maybe layer a couple of contrasting colours with a suit jacket - that could be nice!

This is where my heart is set on going next, I've heard the souks are absolutely amazing, I was just wondering if anyone has been?
What kind of gems can I pick up there?
    Answer:
yep - i went to marrakech over new year. the souks are fab if a bit crazy and crowded.
you can get 'ethnic' pieces such as gyspy skirts, embroided kaftan tops, beaded slippers etc etc. they also have loads of semi precious and costume jewellery and gorgeous belts. there are hundreds of bag stalls/shops but make sure you have a really good sniff of the leather because some of it's camel leather which stinks to high heaven!!
really, really bargain - they always start off a absolutely ridiculous prices so if they say 500, don't feel stupid saying 5.
if you go to marrakech can i recommend that you stay in a riad (these are small hotels situated in the old town in converted merchant houses which have an inner courtyard and a roof terrace - much better than the big hotels). if you want a recommendation of a really good one just yell!

    White/cream/beige uber long jeans?
I KNOW they're not to everyone's taste :o but I REALLY want another pair as they are a real staple of my summer wardrobe (think Liz Hurley - well in my dreams, rather than Jordan PLEEEEAAAASSSEE;) )
I used to have a fab pair but they're now too big for me :(
Thing is, they need to be v slim fitting but with a 36inch leg :(
Tried Zara and they do have one pair of light beige/cream ones but the 10 was a TAD tight (although I know they do stretch I still wasn't convinced :o ) and the 12 was HUGE!!! (and they COULD have done with being a wee bit longer.
SO any help would be v gratefully appreciated!
    Thanks!

    Answer:
    hi Katkinn :)
I vaguely remember seeing a pic of a white pair on the Gap website........and their extra long length is 36 inches.
oooh yes, just had a look and they have quite a few white pairs, including these (although by 'bell I don't know how flared they might be, but they don't look v. flared in the pic. There are more here .....including long and lean ones.

    Answer:
    Hi hon!
I've just got back from the US and I was convinced I'd get some there and was really looking forward to trying on the extra long Long and Lean.
but A) they don't do them in extra long instore  which wasn't actually that big an issue when B) they look HORRID on me!! :(
I think I must be used to really low cut jeans as I was convinced I looked like Simon Cowell in them
Well no clearly, but they were actually on my waist (and this was a US 4  ) and just looked awful.
So gap jeans are unfortunately a no no for me
ETA - I didn't read your post properly (as I'm a tw*t and SHOULD be doing some work so am pretending to be quick on here - whoops!!) and have just clicked on the links and seen the Ultra Low rise jeans......... now I didn't see them in the US. Do you know if they have them in the UK??? I think I will pop into Gap and try them on and if ok, get my friend to send them to me!!
So thanks chicklet!! Will let you know how I get on!!
