I have some realy pretty Gypsy skirts Blouses,My neighbour says they are definately not in,Do you think it would look to out of date to wear them.

I've got one or two gypsy style tops... very plain in style and a few gypsy skirts... but I have to say I've gone completely off the whole look now as it is just so far overdone.
I was out in town yesterday and EVERYWHERE I looked there was a gypsy skirt and I am so tired of seeing them now! I don't think i'll be wearing mine anymore, which is a shame as I bought 3 of them a few months back.

I like the gypsy style, but a lot of people are dressing like Sienna Miller clones, and the look seems to be everywhere right now. I think you just have to adapt it to your own style, and not wear the full-on gypsy look, eg - mix one piece with other styles, wear unusual accessories / shoes.
I would definitely say go for it, just make sure you don't look like everyone else who's wearing it at the moment.

I think your neighbor is off-base. I love the Gypsy look and would definitely wear it. :yay: It is perfect for summer and is adaptable depending upon accessories. You can be a Spanish gypsy, South of France gypsy, incorporate some Indian touches with bangles, etc. or channel a beach vibe. With turquoise and coral being so popular, you can make your look a little Ralph Lauren/American Southwest as well. I can be all of those things with one skirt, some tees and the appropriate choice of accessories. Not to mention that it is an extremely comfortable look to wear. It gives you that vacation feeling.

Yeah i think they look nice and would be better in black then they'd go with almost anything. I've got some similar in black and they go with anything, jeans, trousers or a skirt.

Very rare thread for me but I really can't decide what to wear tonight so I thought I'd gather some opinions. Going to see a Hendrix tribute band followed by classic rock DJ. Because it's a classic rock thing lots of the girls will be very dressed up though obviously in "rock" mode.
I am thinking either:
Skinny jeans with
Black suede stilleto knee length boots over the jeans
Black wrap tunic dress (the Primark one with the tie side)
with a either red silky cami or plain black scoop vest underneath
or:
Dark 3/4 length jeans with turnups
Red silky cami
Black mid heel shiny knee length boots

I was even watching as 2 people were outbidding eachother,
I nearly shouted "keeep going", but time was up. :lol:
So anyway, I've sent invoice to the person who won both items, but how do I get her adress?
Do I e-mail her and ask, or do I find it in her profile (I doubt this)..

As for the item now under second chance offer, I think that means they don't want it any more and you can offer it to the next highest bidder at their highest bid that they were willling to pay, not at the final ending price.

Congratulations on your sales on Ebay! :) If you've already sent the invoice to the winning bidders, then all you have to do is wait until you receive notice from Paypal (if you accept it) that they have paid or a notice from Ebay that they have gone through checkout and will be paying you via cheque/postal order/cash. I'm not sure how you asked to be paid in your auctions so the notice you get will depend on how they're paying and what methods you accept.
If they're paying via Paypal, their address will be on the notice that they've paid.
If they're sending cheque/postal order/cash, then their address should be on the notice from Ebay somewhere towards the bottom.
Their details are also available on the payment status section.
The second chance offer notice is something that shows up when you have more than one bidder on an item. If for some reason your sale to the winning bidder doesn't go through, you can send a second chance offer to the next highest bidder at their highest bid price.
