Turquoise culottes
I bought a great pair of turqoise culottes from HM on the weekend but I'm not sure what to wear them with.
Anyone have any ideas? (please don't mention wedges - I hate them!)

I have some in Coral. I wear them with some £10 gold heels I bought from New Look and a belly dancer belt. Always get compliments on it. I reckon turquiose would look lovely with gold. They still have the shoes in NL and they aren't wedges either! I keep it simple then and just wear a vest cos the belt is quite OTT

So far, I've worn them with a white puff-sleeve tee and white vest. Footwear has been brown Havaianas flip flops, silver toe-post kitten heels, and gold-y peeptoe heels.
I'm not sure what other colours to wear it with, perhaps brown and maybe other bluey colours. Think it definitely goes nicely with metallics, and probably grey/marl.

colour-wise i LOVE turquoise with white, tan, grey, silver. and also teamed with other shades of blue.
strangely enough i'm not a fan of gold with turquoise i think it looks too brash :confused:

Hello there, just thought I would let you know about my trip to Primark on Sunday. Manchester was so busy but I took my sister and it was worth the wait. I bought THREE pairs of suede wedges £15 and £10 in white and silver, coral and brown which could easy pass as Faith. They are mint.
I also bought three linen dresses in 8. They are very long but I might shorten them and were £10. I SWEAR they are worth £100 and are the MOST flattering cut ever. They have halterneck, scoop back and are trimmed around the middle with this see through embroidered bit. I got white, black and brown in an 8.
By the way, Lady K, I don't know how to PM you but am posting your vest today sweedie!;)

I'm just back from a week in Santa Ponsa. Despite not lying out out in the sun I've clearly fried quite a few brain cells. I was having a potter around on eBay and in a moment of sheer impulse bid on and won a Chloe Black Python Silverado.
THEN and only then do I remember that I ordered a Brown watersnake one from the HKBL and promptly received an email to say that it was shipped this morning.
What am I like?! I can't believe I forgot about the HKBL one. Worst case scenario I can always eBay one. Then again a black bag is a classic.... I couldn't possibly keep both could I? ;) :eek:

The eBay was such an impulse buy. I got my payrise this month backdated to January and we are getting another 4% in next months pay packet in line with the wage agreements here so I got a bit carried away.
At the end of the day I have two of the same bags which is a bit silly but with one being black....

I'm not really a high heels wearer but I got these in gold (MUCH nicer than in yellow!) from Office before Christmas for my work ball and love them to death!! They are so comfy and soft that they are actually a pleasure to wear!
You might be wondering why I'm posting about the gold ones when they don't sell them in Office any more, the reason being that they now have the EXACT same ones in gold in New Look (I spotted them on Saturday in the Bluewater store) so if you like them you might be able to get yourself a bargain!
Anyway, just thought I'd share my fave gold shoes in case they appealed to you!!
