Nice Billy Bag with this month's Eve
Well it WAS nice until the oil from the wheels of my buggy got to it  .
Very nice beach type bag in pastel shades. It's a keeper and I will actually use it (whereas I usually add those big totes to my collection of bags to take to the supermarket  ).

I don't live in the UK so I can't get any of these lovely free gifts, which is rubbish.
I got a mate to bring Elle over with them a couple of weeks ago and I thought the two vests were quite good , as they were long in the body.:)

I passed my driving test this morning! :yay: I'm so pleased, it was my 3rd attempt and I'd almost given up hope of driving by summer (I finish in 3 weeks!). Just thought I'd share seeing as I'm home alone and so have no one to squeal excitedly to! :)

....send flowers to a man?
I want to do something romantic for my OH, and was wondering how socially acceptable it was to send flowers to him at work?
After 9 years of marriage I want to inject a bit of sparkle back in!
Otherwise, any ideas...? I know I'm in the wrong forum, but I like you guys better, and feel more comfortable here.
Thanks.
Answer:
my blokey would die of embarrasment if I did this to him at work, but then hes not the flowers type.
Answer:
If he's a flowers guy - Mr Curls would be OK for example - it would prolly be OK, BUT if you're sending them to work he may get some serious grief from his colleagues (again Mr Curls would, but I think he'd be man enough to put them in their place/not give a crap about their comments).
As an alternative, how about some chocolates? Nice and romantic.......The following have delivery services:

Answer:
Oooh or www.hotelchocolat.co.uk. Their tasting boxes are incredibly yummy!
I think flowers for a man is a great idea and there are obviously certain exotic blooms that are more masculine. A plant might be another alternative or some cologne from jo Malone who also deliver.
What ever you do I hope it works!!

Answer:
I sent an orchid to my DH for valentine's day - he did get teased a bit, but he's a tough (yet sensitive ;) ) Geordie, and so can take it.
He loved it!
But then, it was a plant rather than a bunch of flowerws...
M and S flower delivery do a nice one.

Like! They had those on the Yoox site recently but don't have my size :(
Answer:
getting into your flats lately are you?
Answer:
Well these look somewhat more comfortable than those 10.5 cm Marc Jacobs or gold 12 cm Weitzmans that I also have on my wishlist :D
What Jewellery?
NO.5. ask :
What Jewellery?
I have a ballgown dress but have no ideas what jewellery will compliment its design. It's a bodice type design with straps so it creates a square shape design on my chest. So what sort of jewellery will compliment it? A choker? A pendent? It has silver beads detail on it so I guess it needs to be something simple. Aargh I'm so bad when it comes to stuff like this. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Answer:
I think chokers can glam up any outfit so that would definately work with the design of outfit you suggested. I wouldn't have anything that dangles down low as that would detract from the design of the bodice.
Answer:
Big earrings?
Answer:
pendant?
I think a simple pendant maybe?
A choker could make your chest look really long, if you see what I mean
Answer:
I just wore a very similar dress for my ball. I wore a simple silver chain with a little red jewelled cross (my dress was the same shade of red) but I think if you don't have something simple you're best off just wearing some little sparkly earrings, otherwise it detracts from the beading.
Out of interest, where was your dress from?
