Zoe's Jacket on Eastenders

NO.1. Ask :
Zoe's Jacket on Eastenders
Anyone know where it's from? Or have you seen anything similar?
It's a light blue blazer in a sort of velvet it's lovely...:)
Answer:
Eisenegger were doing them for about £15 - don't expect the best quality though. You get what you pay for.
I'm surprised Zoe could breathe in hers!! It was so damn tight!
Answer:
And she has been wearing it all week!
Answer:
It looked to me like a corduroy jacket from HM. I have it in purple.
Answer:
The shoulders make it look like some Gap had in last winter. I'm sure it looks more cord then velvet though.

  • O/T but has anyone ordered from MISS GROOVY?

    NO.2. ask :
O/T but has anyone ordered from MISS GROOVY?
Has anyone ordered from the Miss Groovy website? Ive just placed my first order ever from them and have had an email from SECPAY confirming a new order but nothing from Miss Groovy itself, is that normal? Also when I check my order history it says no orders have been placed.
The thing is as I was going through the order pages (setting up an account and all that) I got onto the SECPAY card details page and the phone rang so had to deal with that, I went back to put my card details in, clicked confirm, then it took me back to the sign in page, so im thinking my session was timed out. But has my payment gone through?
I dont know whether to re-order but then I might get charged twice, what do you reckon?
I have emailed them but as its the weekend I probably wont hear from them untill monday I expect.
    What do you think?
    Thanks girls ;)
    x
    Answer:
I have but I'm sure when I got the SECPAY email I also got one from Miss Groovy straightaway as well. One thing I will say is don't wait for them to reply by email, ring up and check it that way as they never reply to emails.
    Answer:
Thanks miss_g ;), I was going to phone but their line is closed untill monday. :(
I dont think il order again, il wait untill I get to speak to them as I dont want to pay twice.
SO annoying though, I want my order to be on its way!

    Answer:
I ordered from them a couple of years back and the item arrived fine. I can't remember the process though - sorry.
    Answer:
Thats ok ;) thanks Caramel, il phone them up monday and see what they say, id rather wait till then than risk being charged twice I think.

    Stuck in a rut!
Hi everyone, my first post on here.
I seem to live in jeans and tshirts and can't remember the last time I wore a skirt or dress. If I go out it tends to be boring black trousers and top although the last few times I've even wore jeans then too.
    I need some inspiration/ideas please!
As the warm weather is here I'm thinking its time to start trying on skirts again. I'm 39 yrs old, just over 5ft and size 12. What length of skirt suits shorter people?(taking into account I've got "chunky"legs) Could I get away with a long skirt?
There's loads of 3/4 cotton trousers about but they tend to make me look more "stumpy" if you know what I mean.
    Any ideas/tips most appreciated:)
    Answer:
    'ello!
maybe wear a skirt that's just below the knee - they're so flattering. Long might swamp you.
Trousers, longer length and flared to add length?
do you wear heels? you could wear 3/4 length with heels?
    I hope this helps
    I've been awfully vague!
    xx
    Answer:
If you do a search for 'inspiration' on this board there was quite a good thread on it a few months ago. Basically a lot of people on here keep pictures of clothes they like and use these as a guide on what to buy.
    Answer:
Thanks bootygirl and sunnysylvie. I only wear heels if I go out. Footwear is another problem I have wide feet and a bunion on one foot and I can never find any shoes that I like and are comfortable so tend to stick to boots.
I guess the best way is to go and try a load of different stuff on and see what suits me although I don't really enjoy clothes shopping!

    Hullo!
i was just thinking that i consider you girls friends in a virtual sense!
what advice and help have you had from the girls at here.com?
its made me more aware of brands and trends to try.
for example i would have never have went to primark if i hadvnt read about it in here forums
    show the love!

    Answer:
When I joined HB it was always the Beauty and Fashion boards that I posted on the most, with Beauty having the edge.
When Beauty "went all weird" I started posting on Fashion even more and I've 'got to know' so many more additional baggers on this forum who i hadn't seen post that much on Beauty.
I love reading about the latest items in the shops and often I'll have an idea about what I'm looking for after having seen it being spoken about on here. I have far more constructive shopping trips now instead of just wandering aimlessly from shop to shop!
I've been introduced to brands and websites that I never knew existed and just really enjoy posting on here.
We all have a giggle be it at an awful pair of shoes or at the sheer horror of the thought of our wardrobes going up in flames (God forbid!!) and it's a nice way to pass away the time when I'm bored at home or work.
I regard the Fashion forum as my honourary HB home :)
    Essay over :o

Same here, one of those was Snarkywood! Which always makes me laugh when it gets updated.
I think this forum has made me more aware of styles I might not have considered before for myself.
I think im more critically aware now (if that makes sense) of what I wear, I tend to think more about an item eg, what will it go with, what colour earrings ect...
Its fab! I dont post much ATM due to exams but I still check out whats new on here
    Answer:
I consider a few things out of this forum... it's such an extremely useful tool, lots of great people advice and very addictive. I learn so much on here... which isn't always necessarily a good think as sometimes I find myself desperate for things I shouldn't be and occasionally skint as a result!
However, I couldn't leave or go anywhere else now if I tried!
    Answer:
I agree, it has definately made me more aware of brands/shops. I probably wouldn't bother rummaging through primark if it wasn't for the things people get from there and post here.
I also think it's made me more confident to try new things. I used to be very much a t shirt/jumper and jeans girl with pointy boots. Now i wear skirts, shrugs, round toed shoes the latest 'fashion' item etc.
Everyone is friendly and will give honest opinions. Honest opinions on things are key for me, i don't think family members, partners and friends can always do this.
    I love it here :yay:
