I peeled off half the well-stuck on label on the insole of my new shoes and now they're ripping the skin off my feet cos the glue is still there - how do i get it off?

Argh, if only I'd known this on Wednesday. They still had some in the Newcastle branch then ... then again, that doesn't necessarily mean anything with Primark. They also had several racks of the sequin boleros, only to have three left a couple of hours later.
