silver ballet pumps
as per a post i have in GC re white ballet pumps, i'd like a few tips on what to do with my silver ones!
atm i have been wearing them with black combats either full length or crop, and i am feeling the love for this style. I'm not a heel type of girl in the slightest, and i dont have the legs to carry them off with just skirts.
i have a gorgeous green skirt from asda that has sequins down it that i wore them with on friday but im not really in the skirt type of mood for my night out tonight!
think i'll go with the combat approach again tonight but any other advice would be appreciated!!
thank you!! XXX
Answer:
I'm not sure if I got the right idea of your post, but I think silver ballet pumps can look really cute with jeans, or Kate Moss style with footless tights and a denim mini.
Answer:
I wear mine with all sorts of jeans. I also like wearing them with white linen trousers and silver accesories. I think you can really wear them with anything that isn't sportswear! (or gold lol).
Answer:
Thats true, metallic colours are just so flexible. I love them!
Answer:
i should also advise that i don't wear denim. except my denim jacket
most people are shocked to find i dont own a) a pair of jeans b) a denim skirt.
gods honest truth...i do not suit jeans.

Quick question
Does anyone know how long you get to return things to Primark? Is it the usual 28 days? Thanking you.:)
Answer:
I don't think it's specified (on receipt or at the till) but my guess is a month.
Answer:
Cheers Yingers - not sure when I'll be able to get back there but definately within 2 weeks of purchase so hopefully it will be fine.

Silver "Initial" Necklace
Hiya all
Thought you fashion bods might know where I can get a silver chain with a sparkly initial (letter S) pendant. The only big ones on Ebay they have sold out of letter S and I can't see one anywhere else - only want to pay up to £30 and less if possible!
Ta for any info! :)
Have also put in shopping!
Answer:
What about here
The chains look a bit naff but you could always buy another chain for it and it would still be pretty cheap!
:)
Actually on second look you don't get the chain aswell, just the pendant.
Answer:

Answer:

Answer:

Kings Road Shopping

Kings Road Shopping
Hey..
Basically, I'm upto London this weekend, and I'm really trying to go places I don't usually shop, i.e Camden, Kensington High Street and Oxford Street.
So I thought I'd try the Kings Road, what sort of shops are there? And is any it affordable - I mean Topshop, Warehouse prices. I'm really keen to finish Space NK aswell.
Or any other reccomendations for shopping in London?
Answer:
There's LK Bennett, Jigsaw, Accessorize, R Soles, Russell and Bromley, Muji, Gap, Petit Bateau, Hobbs, gosh, can't think what else. There are lots of small independent shops but I never go into them, so don't know what they are like. If you're good at picking out unusual vintage stuff, don't miss Steinberg and Tolkien.
I never really look for clothes in Peter Jones, but it might be worth a go now that it has all been done up.
The shop assistants in the Kings Road branch of Space NK are 100x more helpful than in some of their other branches :)
I love shopping on the Kings Road because it is really relaxing. Oxford Street always brings me out in a murderous rage :o
Answer:
yeah,Kings Road is really nice for shopping and there are so many nice places to eat and drink as well, you could then take the bus,or walk up Sloane Street to Knightsbridge and then on to High Street Ken,from there you could go to Notting Hill,if you have any energy left that is!!
There is also a massive HM now on Brompton road (yes I know they are everywhere!!)but worth a visit if Sloane Street prices are too depressing!!;)
Answer:
Oooh - there's a gap? Excellent! I'm looking for a little pink shrug that's on the website in the sale. And Petit Bateau? I'm always so intrigued by that shop:)
I'll definately go to the High Street Kensington, The Urban Outfitters there is excellent.
I'll need some comfy shoes for my little trip around London.
EM, what are prices like in Steinberg and Tolkien?
Answer:
Have a look here - every shop on the Kings Road!
