black drainpipes
I have a pair of black drainpipes but have no idea what to wear with them and I don't mean clothes wise I mean colourwise.
I used to think black went with any colour but recently it doesnt seem to go with anything but black!!
It's just something I've got into my head, brown doesnt look right imo, nor does red, nor does white, green, pink... infact I'm starting to dislike black immensely and wish I hadn't got these...
Maybe it's just me, what would you put with them, only colour that I think goes well with them is grey :meh: and perhaps turquoise?

Black is though coming back this winter/autumn (but I usually think that black is one of those basic colours which are never out of fashion...just dislike wearing it all the time as find it boring!)
Anyway: your black drainpipes will come in handy and you will be able to wear them with:

Id only stay away from bright colours as it makes the outfit look rather ´cheap´imho....thats just me though...

I plan to wear mine with mostly grey.
Was thinking a grey top and red sash belt (when i can find one!:rolleyes: ) or a silver belt.
Tans. golds, bronzes, silvers, grey, beige, white!
I think if you stick with grey, white, tan tops and accessorize with some colour they'd look fab. Also think a stripey top is a must with black drainpipes :D

I bought a here in april from DP and the strap has just broken and there is no way I can fix it. I have the receipt, does anyone know if they will give me a refund?

Unless you have been swinging it around your head with bricks in it then it should be classed as 'Faulty' and with or without a receipt you should be entitled to a refund.
If the rest of the bag has 'reasonable' wear it will be obvious to the store that it is faulty anyway (but obviously take the receipt as you have it).

Agree with Miss Sofia about the reason to get black.
I would normally go for the black ones anyway as I can't get away with tan/camel coloured footwear, not even with jeans - somehow it always looks odd on me. :meh:
