TOPSHOP.COM - Do they restock sizes?
There are a few things i REALLY want on the topshop website that i cant find in the stores.. (NOT KM)
But they have not got them in my size left, so i wanted to know whether to keep checking it online everyday or they will not be restocking them etc... is it best to judt go to different stores and look for them?
Answer:
Yes they do restock. They've been updating every or every other day lately and sometimes the restock sizes too.
A top i wanted that was out of stock for a while has just become available again this week :)
Although is sounds like the perfect excuse to go shopping instore too ;)
Answer:
Yeah they usually do restock sizes when the site gets updated but not with everything unfortunately  Keep checking hopefully they'll bring back the stuff you want :)

Answer:
Hi,
Yes they do seem to restock some items so it's worth rechecking. The "slubby" top I wanted is back in in my size after being out of stock last week. :D

    I can't find a meet thread  .
Might be being totally dumb, but I can't see it anywhere.
Anyhow wanted to say sorry for not turning up. My Friday night turned out even messier than anticipated and ended up extending well into Saturday. Yoga went out the window and I ended up slumped in the Westbourne all afternoon, mainlining Magners and talking nonsense - not the best state to attend a meet in  . So, very sorry I didn't get to meet everyone and catch up with the regulars.
    Hope you all had fun.

    Hello Ladies,

Another wedding dress question , what do you think of this dress. Im thinking of wearing a wrap on top to cover my arms. opinions please.

    Thank you
    Answer:
I do like that! Very girly. Defo needs something to go over it, especially if you are going to be sitting down to eat at a formal do afterwards.
Maybe a little jacket or something to stop it from looking too 'bridesmaid-y'?
    Answer:
its nice..I wouldn't neccesarily say you need a wrap though, I got married last year and lots of people wore stuff like that..its summer!
    Answer:
That's really lovely - I think a dark wrap or cardigan would look great with it.

    Quick Ebay question!
    Hey girlies
I've just finished selling some stuff on Ebay, and 1 item is a pair of sandals which I described as 'brand new with tags'. I got them from New Look last summer, but never wore them as they're too big for me, and they still have the price sticker on the bottom (hence me saying BNWT). However I've just been packing them up to post, and I've noticed that they're a little bit battered looking :o e.g the sole is a bit scuffed on the bottom, and the insole is a bit creased like how shoes get when you've worn them. I think it's just from people trying them on in the shop before I bought them OR maybe from them being in storage for a year amongst all my other shoes - but they 100% definitely haven't been worn, even the price sticker on the bottom is still snowy-white so you can tell they haven't been worn outside.
Anyway, I'm just a bit worried as I'm worried the seller might think they have been worn and say I didn't describe the item properly or something  I've got 100% positive feedback at the min, and I'd be so annoyed if I got a negative because of this. Do you think I should email the buyer and offer them their money back (they've already paid) or just hope for the best? Am I worrying too much? I might be just being paranoid!
    Any thoughts appreciated :thanks:
    Answer:
If you think you'd be disappointed to recieve them, then I think you should email them. Maybe take some close up pics, and offer a complete refund or a discount.
    Answer:
I would E mail her and say you've had the shoes in storage for awhile and whilst they are new they may have a few creases on them and send her some pics.

I've had to do this before and the buyer was very grateful and still went ahead with the sale.
I always think It's best to be honest.
Why don't you post some pics on here to see what we think?
    Answer:
A similar thing happened to me when I was selling a TS jumper and noticed when I was packing it that the threads were coming away under the arms , nothing majorly bad but definitely noticable (I had listed it as used but in excellent condition too) and I wasn't happy about sending it as I knew she'd be disappointed (she paid about £15 so it wasn't just a few quid)
I emailed her explaining the 'fault' and offered her the choice of either sending it back with 100% refund , or a refund of part of the money (I can't remember how much but I think it may have been half the price) if she wanted to keep it.
She ended up keeping it and I got good feedback as a result.
I too have 100% feedback and I wouldn't want to risk losing this as a result of something that could have been avoided.
So I would email her explaining the problem :D
    Answer:
Thankyou all girls, it's great to hear that it worked out okay with your similar experiences! I've taken some close-up photos and I'll email them to her (don't want to post them on here as it might be a Bagger/lurker who bought them  ) and I think I'll offer her either a half-price refund if she wants to keep them, or a full refund if she decides she doesn't want them.
I wouldn't personally be disappointed myself if I recieved them, as they're lovely sandals and in good condition...but I might be a bit suspicious and think "hmm, they *have* been worn", even though they haven't. It wouldn't be so bad, but these new 'detailed seller' listings mean people can rate you on how accurately you've described stuff - I've got 5 pretty yellow stars at the min and I don't want them to go down!
I feel a bit stupid for not checking them properly before I listed them, but I just assumed they'd be in great condition because I hadn't worn them - lesson no.1, check everything! :D
Thanks for all your help  :thanks:
