Sass Bide Frayed Misfit Jeans
NO.2. ask :
Sass Bide Frayed Misfit Jeans
I have been thinking bout investing in the darkest BLACK pair of these for a while but I would like to ask some questions to any owners of these because I haven't seen them in real life only on net-a-porter.
I have some UK2 GAP jeans that fit me but the bum is too roomy for me, my bottom isn't big enough so they sag round the bottom area :( and it looks unflattering
I was after some of these SB ones because on pictures they look very tight and small in that area, can anyone confirm? I'd be geting a 24" waist pair.
Also do they make any that aren't really tapered at the ankle but are tapered everywhere else? My GAP bootcut ones seem to be tapered everywhere except the ankle which is nice so is there any similar to those?
Alo why are they called Frayed? and why does NAP have 2 different sales of seemingly the same Black Misfit Jeans?
Thanks in advance!
Answer:
i have no idea why they're called frayed, they definitely aren't frayed at all!
i looked at the NAP ones, i guess they could be from two different orders, one of them seems to have a slightly longer inseam but that's about the only difference i see  one pair looks a little darker in the pics but it might just be the lighting..

Need some help finding a strapless, backless bra that will give me boobies !!!
Hi everyone,
I don't normally post in here but am looking for some expert advice ! I have a wedding coming up in 3 weeks and will be wearing a sheer cream dress with thin spaghetti straps. (Sorry don't have a pic as I bought it about 6yrs ago so it's not in the shops now). It's kind of low cut at the front and when I last wore it a few years ago my boobs were a bit perkier than they are now :( Coming off the pill has meant that they've went down a whole cup size and although I was pleased that I could still fit into the dress I was less than impressed with my cleavage ! I had a look around to see if there was anything out there that might be able to help and found these wee things on sale from ASOS. Has anyone tried them ?
Or can anyone recommend an alternative. I think a bra would ruin the whole look of the dress so need something a bit more discreet that will still make my puppies look a bit more impressive
Thanks in advance...

I usually tit tape mine up if I have a tricky neck/back line. I have D cup breasticles and it works fine for them. Although I just followed your link and I think I may invest in some of those bad boys!

Bags: need to be edgier ...
Hi everyone
I have done the LV, Gucci and Christian Dior ladylike bag thing, but I realise I was being groomed to look like my ex's mother (!) so they are now in dust bags awaiting resurrection (when I have rid myself of negative associations).
I want to be more rock - I like the Mulberry bags and also was thinking of Thomas Wylde - but will they date overly quickly? Is Chloe rock?
Any ideas? I want a bag which is very fashion but which I will get a bit of wear out of ...
So I just want the moon and the stars then ;)
Ideas? Inspiration?
Thanks
Lily
Answer:
Have you seen ? The picture doesn't do it justice, I think it's very... rocky irl.
Answer:

I would love to see it IRL
(I like the shoes on the same page as well :D )

Hi there!
Im must admit i have very little constructive to add,im dont take much notice of whats currently in and whatnot.I have a basic initiation from this forum and thats that!
It was more the point you made about the handbas you used to favour that i was interested in.I have always thought that the L.V was something that a lot of people carried because of the associations it presented.Im not saying everybody is like that so im not starting a bunfight!,but when i was wee it was older women, middle age and older who carried them.Actually to be honest i didnt see anybody with a real one when i was younger, just bags with monograms and the like.
I laugh now when i see all these wanabe footballers wives type carrying L.V bags because i am convinced it that if it wasnt fashionable then they wouldnt touch them with a barge pole.
Sorry i havn't helped you with your original question, but there will be a lot of ladies who will!
Answer:
Exactly Fefe - I was living abroad when I had the mother-here-buying-ex, and there the WAG thing didn't happen at all.
Now I want to do something more interesting but still not sacrifice the style/quality. I quite like the idea of the London look - Mulberry etc. as I am into 60s style dresses and the whole old Carnaby Street thing. I also thought of Chloe as it is quite interesting - perhaps even Marc Jacobs, the girls on the designer-lines thread have good taste :heyhey: And now I am thinking miumiu ...
I had the idea of Thomas Wylde after looking at the Browns website. Not sure if it is too Gothic for the longterm though.

Help identifying shoes please!
NO.5. ask :
Help identifying shoes please!
I know this is going to be really obscure and probably in vain, but I didn't know who else to ask! :D
We took a trip to Harrods yesterday, and I had a quick sneak through the shoe department :throb:
I spotted some gorgeous gold platform sandals, plus a pair of gold platform shoe boot-style shoes :faint: they were around the 3-400 mark, but I can't for the life of me remember the designer's name. It was a man's name, and they were on the stand between the Chloe and Gina shoes if that's any help!
If anyone can identify said shoe designer I would love you forever
Answer:
Have you tried doing a search on the Harrods website? If it's like the Selfridges one they should list the designers they carry
Answer:
I've had a look, but I could only find the range they sell online which isn't huge.
Answer:
How about trying the Selfridges site? They may stock the same designer and if you see it written down it might jog your memory.
Answer:
Good idea, thanks!
