Just thought i'd let the peeps that liked the stripey top but was worried about warmth that there's a stripey jumper now!

I went there yesterday and found the knee-high boots I want. They have a low heel and everything!
They didn't have the black ones in my size though, so they are contacting head office and getting them to find out where there's a pair somewhere, and sending them down to my local branch and they said it would take a week at the very most. So I just wanted to say that they are very nice people :)

I persuaded my manager to get some shoes there but then he was really disappointed when the heel started making a squeaky noise. But he took them back and they gave him a brand new pair - no questions asked!
My lovely black boots from there are on their (gasp!) third year. Although they are due for some repairs now the leather still looks lush.

Great shop. I bought a pair of shoes from there in January 2004 and they are only just beginning to look a bit tired, after regular wear. Another pair is still in good condition and I bought them in about 2002, although I am not wearing that style now.

I've lusted after either that bag or the LV Speedy (everyday size) for years now and never saved up enough to get one.
The Deauville is particularly nice as its got elasticated loops all around the inside of the bag which would be fantastic for storing bottles, etc. when travelling.
Its a very nice bag (IMO) - if someone offered to buy me one I'd jump at the chance.

They look really good with pointy boots though believe it or not - a nice fitted jacket, the looseness of the jeans and then smart boots give a nice effect:)
