My mum has a little bag like this
But hers a bit smaller and brown in a really really soft fabric which she's had since the 70's and really loves but her new purse/wallte thing is too big so she cant fit anything else in the bag.
I was going to get her something for her birthday, I've got plenty of time but its proving rather difficult to find so I want to start looking now!
I've looked in all the usual places (online only so far) John Lewis, Ms, Debenhams, Ebay, Accessorise and the website that Geri mentioned the other week (which I've forgotten already!) etc. but just cant find anything thats nice and the right style and affordable! The first one is just a bit too mumsy and isnt really her!

but is £75 from Topshop which I cant afford. I'm not entirely sure what my budget is, but £75 is too much, but I want leather so I know its not going to be cheap! OH may volunteer to chip in as may my mums OH so I am open to pricer options (within reason)
I thought about looking at some fake designer as I've seen some perfect Mulberry ones but no one does fakes in them. My mum wont care about labels or fakes, just that its leather really.
This would also work but I think she will prefer the style of the others!

I think you need to be looking at Tula, they have the classic designs you're after and are a lovely quality - I buy Tula for my Mum. You might be a bit of a stretch price wise but it's always worth missing a night out or eating cheaply for a week or two for your Mum. There are plenty of websites that have a good range of Tula designs.

The Kurt Geiger concession defo sell them however they only have the ankle uggs in stock and the love from australias too thats all, as they sold out. Yep, office sell them too, and jones the bootmaker do also.
The ankle ones in selfridges are 110 pounds.
