Chloe Paddingtons on Ebay
I am after one (have asked santa nicely ;) ) but i thought they were about £400+..(a big blue one i saw in Choice in Bluewater last week was £720!!!) on ebay they are going for around £100.. are they fake or am i mis informed??! :o
Thanks xx
Answer:
i got a mullberry roxanne off ebay for £125, and if it is fake, then its a damn good copy. you can smell the leather a mile off. dont mean to sound patronizing though, but be carefull cos there is a lot of crap. i suppose i took a risk and got lucky. look at the feedback.

Answer:
Real Chloe Paddingtons are around a grand i think. Sounds like you are seeing copies?
(Designer here dunce, sure someone more knowledgeable will come along:o )
ETA: Sounds like the mulberry is a copy too as the real ones i'm sure are around the £500- £1000 mark
Answer:
Of course they are copies! I would never buy a designer bag off ebay no matter how many 'authentic' serial numbers and store receipts they have, that's just asking to be ripped off.
Answer:
I agree with CiC - they'd be fake at that price. No one would let a genuine Paddington or a Roxanne go for as little as that.
Hair band in hair?!
NO.2. ask :
Hair band in hair?!
Hi, went shopping today and popped into Oasis. Saw a black hair band, one that goes all the way around the head about an inch thick, cotton. Like ones you use to keep your hair off your face whn doing your make up.I bought it!
Now Im just thinking will it just look plain ridiulous when Im on a night out later.
Will I be laughed out of town?!
Answer:
i like them but i'm not sure if i would wear one for a night out. i bought one today too, but i'm just planning on wearing through the day.
Answer:
Yes Ill see what it looks like with my outfit.
I have mixed race curly hair so something like this could be a god send!
Answer:
I think they can look good for a night out if worn properly!
I love it when they are worn with the fringe swept back and the back of the hair backcombed or with the fringe poking out (if you have a side swept fringe or blunt fringe) and backcombed like said before.
60's style would sum it up better probably!
Answer:
think it would probably look more dressy on curly hair. does that sound stupid?:o

Just a friendly reminder :)

I am so stupid...
Just spen £108 on a lovely new brown gap coat. Got home and the back sticks out a bit and my boyfireid said 'you are supposed to cut that thread!!'
...so i did and now it sticks out even more..Before it looked like my bottom was huge!! I know sometimes that coats come sewn up so has anyone else ever had to cut a thread at the back of the coat...sure this makes no sense but I am so upset!!!
Answer:
Take it back - they will never notice I promise. Then you can get another one xx
Answer:
I know that coat! I am planning on buying the black one! It is gorgeous, you are supposed to cut the thread at the black, but if you don't like it, just go back to Gap and exchange it for another one.
It is a lovely coat.
Answer:
or take it back and say it was like that when you bought it (damaged ) , and you were in a rush so didnt notice, and would like a replacement
Answer:
Take it back, you'll have no problem exchanging it or getting a refund.
ETA: £108 is alot for something you're not happy/never going to be happy with, so I wouldn't worry as I don't think they'd notice if you don't mention it.
OK, got these shoes, now what........?

OK, got these shoes, now what........?
Remember these lovely shoes of Bella's in the thread ?
Well, I cheekily nipped off to bag myself a pair, and managed to get the last ones in my size in my nearest Asda! :faint:
I bought them mainly because I thought they were gorgeous and quite classic, and would go with something in my wardrobe sooner or later, but now I'm scratching my head as to what to put with them!!:uzzle: Since having a clearout, my wardrobe seems to have become a tribute to yummy mummy and Hitchcock heroine chic, by the looks of it!
I'll probably be able to put them together with a Christmas party dress, but I haven't even looked yet.
Not normally stuck for glamorous ideas for shoes, but any ideas from you guys?
Cheers gals!x
