Primark goodies?

NO.1. Ask :
Primark goodies?
What are the Primark hotties at the moment? I've seen from threads that:
*Velvet boleros
*Skinny jeans
*Grandad tops
are all hot on the trot, am I missing any? I'm hoping to pop in some time this week and don't want to miss anything (deserve a cheap treat, my dissertation and uni tutors are doing my nuts in  ) Anymore ladies?
AMP :flirt:
Answer:
I've just come back from Primark and had a pretty good haul. I bought some vest tops for £2 each, cant go wrong there. Then I bought that black and white stripey jumper which I've heard mixed opinions of but I really liked. Thought it looked great with skinny jeans because it came down to my bum! :p
Then I ended up buying a really nice cape too for the winter. Have been looking for one for absolutely ages! It was £25 and I think thats a pretty good price. It's very similar to one that New Look had in a while ago :)
Other than that I saw those flat shoes with the glitter around the rim (think smallgirl posted a pic of them). No skinny jeans in mine but I have seen them in other stores, too long for me and tbh not really that different from my New Look ones so I left them :) Have also seen quite a few of the velvet boleros and they are really perty :heartpop:
Answer:
*Has primark envy and can't wait to go the end of the month*
Answer:
Yup, was gonna suggest the glitter trim pumps, they're lovely for £8. The capes are really nice too, was looking at them yesterday.
There's always the notorious buckle pirate boots, and the tweed/herringbone/felty shorts as well.
xx
Answer:
What are their boots like in the calf?I have quite big calves and i have to be careful as most boots dont fit but i might go take a look if they seem more generous.
Thanks.

    Thanks in advance!

Yes you can use it online, as I have already done so :)

    NO.4. ask :
    Petite Affair
I was just wondering if anyone's bought anything from Petite Affair. Is it me, or do the clothes still seem a bit "old"?
    Answer:
I've never heard of it before but I've just had a very quick look and I know what you are saying. I'm 34 and my style is certainly not high fashion, but I wouldn't wear most of the stuff on there! It belongs in BHS or Littlewoods me thinks ;)
There was a couple of nice things though and it will be handy for basics I think.

    Answer:
I also think they could have got a better model. No offence to the woman, but she doesn't really inspire me with confidence and sexiness.
    Answer:
Yeah she's got a funny shaped head or is it that it's too big for her body, I dunno.
    Just noticed the prices!
over £50 for a pair of basic black wide leg trousers? and they are one of the cheaper pairs. Are they diamond encrusted?
    What a ****!ng liberty!
Think I'll stick with the high street petites.

    O/T another rant about ebay.
Does anyone know what I can do (if anything?)
I sent a figurine off AGES ago to a guy in the States. I never heard anything from him, but whne I checked my feedback earlier he left me negative feedback. Saying that the figurine was broken and therefore badly packaged, and that I didnt respond to any of his emails.
    1) I haven't had any emaisl from him - and I check both my email account and my ebay messages regularly - nothing!
    2) I spent ages wrapping it up - I wrapped it in bubble wrap, put it inside a box, then put more bubble wrap around then posted it! So it was very well wrapped really.
Ok, if it broke fair enough he would be annoyed, but I seriously have not heard from this guy about it.
    Very annoyed.
    Answer:
You can post a follow-up to the feedback that he left you, but that's about it, unless you'd like to leave him a negative.
Did you send it via airmail or surface? If it was sent surface (from the Ages comment) you'll probably not want to ship that way again because things sent that way to the US at least generally aren't treated the best it could have broke regardless of how well you packed it.
    Answer:
Have you e-mailed him about it?
If you explain that you didn't receive any e-mails from him, and he's nice about it then you could agree to withdraw the feedback.
Otherwise, there's an option for you to post a follow up to his feedback.
Have you left him feedback yet?
    Answer:
Thanks for your replies. Yes, I left him feedback quite a while ago. As I hadn't heard anything I assumed everything was ok, so just left positive feedback as he paid quickkly.
I am not sure how I posted it - I took it to the post office, and they said it would get there in a couple of days, so I assume airmail?
I have emailed him, will have to wait and see I guess.
