I second this. My mother and I were in town shopping for a few hours on Sunday, and while walking back to the car park saw a guy putting his bedding down for the night. We both went silent instantly, and my mum was the first to say 'makes you feel like we've just wasted money stupidly doesn't it'..... and it was exactly how I was feeling.
I love fashion obsessively as much as the next person, but I have to say, I did feel frivolous on Sunday thinking of that guy trying to sleep out in the current icy conditions when I'd just be obsessing about what to wear to a work do tonight......
Sorry for being all serious :o , don't want to sound like i'm lecturing :o , it just hit me on Sunday.

It's going back a bit but i went into UO in August and knew you had got a job there. I was wearing my gaucho's that not many people seem to be wearing and saw a female shop assistant look at my trousers. I kept thinking "I wonder if that is LilMissBrummie?":lol:

Has anyone just seen the fashion slot on This Morning? They had a gorgeous long faux suede sheepskin gillet for £20.
The fashion expert was saying that Primark was asked how they can sell for such low prices and they replied that they don't advertise so the savings from that go straight to the customer.
She also said that all the fashion editors are asking each other 'have you been to Primark?'

JoviGirl, I was just about to post the same thing. I love it and I need it in any colour - perfect for work Christmas parties.
It was red with a deep v neck and a diamonte brooch at the base of the v. Looked like jersey fabric, just below the knee with 3/4 length sleeves and a slight a-line skirt.
Very classic style, I think it'd be one of those staple items you could bring out year after year
