Skinny jeans and black Uggs question
I just remembered that my short black UGG uggs dyed my feet grey last year.
I'm a bit worried now that if I tuck my jeans into my new tall pair of ugg boots (not UGG brand but I'm supposing the staining effect is the same whatever the brand) then they might get irreversably stained.
Has anyone found this yet? Last winter or this?

No staining at all with my Hartings Chestnut ones, perhaps its because the fleecey bit on the inside is cream, is it black on your black ones?

How strange! I haven't got black ones so I'm not much use, do fancy some though but can't really justify the expense....hmmmm maybe I'll get some cheap ugg alikes instead...ooops sorry o/t dreaming :rolleyes:
Perhaps if you got the ones that someone posted earlier that are machine washable you might be able to wash them to get the excess dye out?

how about tucking your jeans into long socks before putting on your uggs so if theres any dye to come off, it comes off on the socks and not the jeans...........

Just bought some uggs from america, 2 pairs of vintage boots, a vintage faux fur cropped jacket, a pair of leather stacked slouchy boots for my best friends xmas pressie and a few other little bits. I saw the thread about the small £3 metallic bags from the primaster here and didn't like them so much, so was pleasantly surprised when I saw this for £5 yesterday! (only colour they had). It's about the size of a medium shoulder bag...
I also saw black velvet military jackets for £15 but didn't buy one because although I know velvet will be big next season, I'm not sure the military thing will still be :confused:

Hi everyone
Just received some boots that I won on ebay. They were described as Suede Leather on the listing but are clearly marked as synthetic material.
They are nice llooking boots comfy but was really looking for some real suede boots.
Is it worth the hassle of trying to return them, am thinking as I will lose the post packaging cost its not worth it. Is it reasonable to put something in the feedback..
Am quite new to ebay so am not sure what to do in this situation...

Whenever I've sold on eBay, I always state in my returns policy that I'll refund postage and packing if the item is faulty, but not if the buyer isn't happy with them.
Considering the description was wrong, I'd defo email the seller and demand a refund, including postage and packing.
I don't know how much the boots cost, but if it was a lot and the seller refuses to refund PP, I'd be tempted to report the seller to eBay for a non-received item, as you didn't receive what you paid for.

Well I paid 19.99 plus 5.99 PP. I have a feeling these are boots which came from Peacocks were retailing at 19.99 there...I probably wouldn't have paid so much for them on ebay if I knew they weren't suede..
I've emailed the seller asking for either a partial refund( am I keep the goods) or a totally refund including PP, haven't had any response yet..
