Leather Gloves
Where can i find some black leather gloves to fit small hands?
Answer:
John Lewis always have a good selection of sized leather gloves as do Selfridges.
Answer:
Anywhere that stocks Dents gloves I would imagine do them in smaller sizes - I know Selfridges stock Dents as do many other department stores.
Answer:
I have small hands and I buy vintage leather gloves (from vintage shops or ebay). The victorian ones tend to fit
Answer:
John Lewis...
i've got some spectacular black leather driving gloves... very very sexy... £30, but have lasted ages, and i have extra extra small hands...
i find it helps to get them fitted, so you know what size glove you are for next time, or a different shop...
Quick! Top to wear with choc brown tailored shorts!

Quick! Top to wear with choc brown tailored shorts!
Have just recently bought a pair of the Gap City Shorts in brown but am really struggling to find a top to go with them for Friday night out with the girls.
Haven't got much time, or money  - ideally would like something white/cream, fairly loose fitting but not too baggy.
Here's one I've found:
http://www.warehousefashion.com/cgi-...i?prodid=WGQ07
Or, this top on the Oasis website - TWIST KNOT TOP, £28 in the colour shown.
Anyone got any good ideas for something inexpensive and high street - need it before Friday!
Thanks! ;)
Answer:
Deff the warehouse top.
Another bagger worse a similar top with her Gap city shorts not long ago and posted a picture, it looked really good.
Answer:
the Warehouse one
Answer:
Thanks girlies - hope they have them in stock in store - haven't got much time - don't really want to order from the internet as I'm fed up with paying the delivery charges! Mind you, knowing my luck it'll rain on Friday and I'll have to rethink my outfit!
Answer:
Well if it does rain, you could keep the outfit and grab a chic cardi, to keep warm. Just dont wear open shoes!

Black Pearls
NO.4. ask :
Black Pearls
At the weekend I saw some absolutely gorgeous black pearls that I was seriously tempted by.
They were at a market though and I didn't have enough cash on me.
They had two types; ones that were a lighter grey colour and, my favourites, really deep greeny black ones. Apparently they were from Indonesia.
I wasn't convinced that this would be the best place to get them though as although the pearls themselves were beautiful, I wasn't convinced that they were strung very well.
Can anyone recommend a jeweller that does this sort of thing? It's not the sort of thing I imagine you could get in a high street jeweller and I'm pretty ignorant about any jewellery beyond the accessories department at Topshop!

Answer:
I got black/grey pearls in Thailand too as well as cream ones and they are of much better quality of your usual ones...
I could not tell you for sure whether the ones you have seen are real or just a very good fake, but one of the best ways is to check whether they are ´too´perfect looking as pearls are usually not as round as we often see...in fact, my faves are the ´weird´shapped ones...
Answer:
There's an unusual jewellers in The Westbury Mall in Dublin that does them, they're unusual, like freshwater. Hubbie was going to get me some a couple of years back when I was looking for a xmas present. They were the dark greeny grey ones, in a very boho shaped drop necklace.
I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the jewellers, but perhaps some of the other Dublin Baggers might know it?
Answer:
Or you can try:
Want to know if you've got the real thing? Rub the strand across the front of your upper teeth. It may sound strange, but according to Learn2.com, real pearls will feel rough or gritty while fake ones will feel smooth. This is due to the micropores found on the genuine article.
Imitation pearls are usually made by dipping a glass or plastic bead into a solution of fish scales. The coating is generally fairly thin and will chip over time. Check the pearls for tiny chips or flakes near the hole drilled through them. If you see chips, chances are your pearls are fake.
Answer:
Yes, they were more irregularly shaped (which I like as well) so I'm pretty sure they were real.
It's weird as I used to really not like pearls but I've come full circle. Don't think I'll be wearing a twin set and cream pearls any time soon but I do really like the black ones!
I like this, but I'm really not sure about buying something like that over the net before I can see it:

I'd ideally like a jeweller's in the London area - new or second-hand.
Oh and thanks for the quality tips too!
