Jigsaw Sale
I know it starts about 6 months after all the other sales but does anyone have any idea when it's going to start??
I'm sure that the boots that I want from there won't be in the sale anyway :rolleyes: but I'm sure I'll be able to spend some money on something else :o

I have been waiting patiently for their sale as well!
I walk past the one in Leadenhall mkt every morning, and my beady eye has a good look in to see if the sale is about to start.

The people in my Jigsaw always phone me a couple of days before their sale so I'll let you know when I hear for definite. I spoke to the manager yesterday and she said she thinks it might be next week (they don't actually know yet 'cause Jigsaw doesn't even let managers know until just before) but if not it'll be the week after. It usually starts on a wednesday I seem to remember. HTH

Never been a big Jigsaw fan till this year!!!
I'm pretty sure as they're boots (actually don't know why they had them inthe summer anyway - struck me as ever so slightly odd :confused: ) they'll just keep them for the winter collection :(

i was in a shoe shop in town on sat and i saw some chestnut furry flat boots with a mock suede shoe bit...like the ones around last year... are these uggs?
i really fancy a pair...maybe put them with a pair of 3/4 length jeans nd a chunky necked wrap cardi in autumn?...or is this look over??

No they're not Uggs, I bought some white/grey furry boots like those from River Island last year.
I love them and they're really comfortable, but if you live in a particularly chav-infested town like mine, you have to be prepared to see about 10 girls wearing the *exact* same pair of boots :mad:
I think the look is definitely over, but I'm still going to wear mine whatever people think. If you like them then buy them :)

i used to wear fishnets all the time! i would wear them with a black wrap dress and ballarina pumps, denim mini skirts and flat slouch boots...daytime, night time...all the time...

I've never worn them because I used to think that they were a bit trashy but I've seen some girls wear them and they've looked okay.
I think it depends on what you wear them with.
Though I would definitely stop and think if you were thinking of wearing them to work.

I'm with you on the fishnets, you can dress them down with flats and cropped trousers etc and I have worn them to work, but our dress code is quite relaxed (in fact, I think I've worn them to work with w mini, which may have been going slightly too far :o )
Am all for interesting tights, but not really print ones. Different colours and patterns can make an outfit your own, and they don't need to be shouty.
