I think quite a few of us have this (have a look on Lisa's stylediary for one, I think!).
I'd wear slouchy boots with it - anything from flat tan ones (Barratts Star boots spring to mind although I don't know if they're still in stock) to slouchy stack heels in grey. Slouchy ankle boots and cowboy boots would look good too. Topshop have some cool slouchy , but they're brown, and although I think they could be made to work with the top, it would take some careful accessorising to make it look pulled together.
Other than that, I'd wear ballet flats with it, probably in silver, turquoise or purple.
