Over?
I'm known by friends as being the girl who's always wearing the pointy-est high/kitten heels around. I love them but I tried on a pair yesterday and suddenly found myself looking at them and thinking they looked nasty.
Are they nice still? Do people still wear them or is everyone in round toes?
Why did I suddenly think they looked odd?
V depressing as my entire wardrobe is full of them :(

If you like them wear them! I don't think that poiny toes will ever completely go out and some styles are too gorgeous not to wear even if they do.

They just looked 'wrong' somehow. I almost felt like I'd be embarrased to go out in them, like they didn't look right at all.
Really depressing. I always loved myself in pointy heels.

Where is the best place to buy from?
I've seen lots on US ebay, but it's not very easy to tell the size/style from teeny tiny photos, i like the idea of a long sleeved T or a mini dress but i'd quite like to try some on first.

I ordered this top and it arrived this morning:

The thing is it's quite low cut so wearing any kind of strapless bra might prove tricky, certainly it would with the one I'd got. Often with these kind of tops I just wear a triangle bikini top undernearth as usually it doesn't show, and it suits the holiday-feel of the thing anyway.
I'm a bit wary of anything sticky, but probably just because I've never tried it before. Is there anything else that would work, or should I stick to bikini tops? I want to wear it out on Friday and look as good as I can to impress my boyfriend, as he's a long-distance type and I need to make the effort when I can!

I'd go without a bra in this one.
The sticky JML bras will show through on the triangular pieces, so only a triangle-shaped bikini would do.
Or you could try toupée tape or those triangular-shaped dreamshapers (not sure where I saw those though, sorry)

Yes, going bra-less is a possibility if I can make sure I tie the neck piece snugly enough that I won't fall out. I'll give it a go tonight. The idea of tape conjures up images of sore redness. The boyfriend would LOVE that :eek:

I've not tried the tape myself so don't know about soreness.
