I like the small heel as they seem confy and the apple green brown contrast!

I was wondering whether anyone has a clue about Pucci sizing ? I have a dress winging its way to me from NAP (the Farfalle silk sleeveless dress if you're interested - would post a link but I am inept at any techie stuff:o ) and because of the crap NAP website timing me out all day the Large has sold out and so I've had to order a Medium.
The Large is supposed to be a 14 and the Medium is supposed to be a 12 but I always thought Pucci, being Italian sizing and all, would come up small ?
anyone bought Pucci stuff recently who can give me an idea of how true they are to size ?

I think it runs a little small.
I'm a slim 10-12 (34B, 26" waist) and I'm size 44 in Pucci (also labelled UK size 12 on the tags) which I think is 'medium' on Netaporter.
I can frequently get away with 'small' in Netaporter sizes but I really don't think I could do this with Pucci. E.g. my quilted jacket thing - I'd never have got the small done up, the medium is pretty close and I can't get a big jumper under it.
I did buy something in 'large' - a bikini (I'm 37 1/2 hip) as I usually size up for these and it was only a fraction too big - perfect for the beach but I was worried the weight of water would pull the bottoms down and I wanted to exchange it but the 'medium' had gone so I had to have the one I had altered instead. The top is fine.
So I'd say the sizing is on the small side and that a slim 10-12 with an average bust is a 'medium'.

that's been my problem !!
the dress I wanted was available in all sizes this morning but crashed when I tried to order the M and L and has been timing me out at various stages of the ordering process all day. I've only just now been able to get through to the payment stage...only to find L is sold out and since Italian sizing comes up small (and if I'm honest I come up big:lol: ) I was pretty sure I would need the L.
there are no clues on the website that Pucci is unusual sizing (and NAP is usually pretty good about letting you know a certain designer is off-measure) so a M might fit, particularly as its stretch silk.
typical, just when I think I've found a good dress to solve my wedding-outfit shopping woes, it sells out on me !
I think Harvey Nicks reduced a lot of its Pucci so they might have the dress in the sale......off to investigate !

Topshop had loads of peep toe wedges on buy one pair get one free when I was in the metrocentre on Monday.
They also have some high heeled peep toed shoes in tan on their website for £50 if you can go the extra £5 :)

My branch can be a bit naff and often doesn't get good stuff in until way after other places, but this is some stuff I've spotted recently:
-- Victorian blouses
-- Military jackets - the velvet one is really nice
-- Navy/military-style navy blue trousers with a button detail and a bit of gold braid
-- Floppy felt hats with wide brims
-- The ubiquitous sequin boleros - opinion is divided about them but I don't regret getting mine
