1 Attachment(s) I really like the colour and the style:
Answer:
Yeah i like it to. I haven'n really seen anything similar in the shops at the moment though :(
Answer:
That dress is gorgeous!! I haven't seen anything like that either though.
Answer:
No nor have I. I'll have to commission my tailor to make me one!
Hope Autumn bring lots of dresses with WAISTS. I'm getting bored of all this flowy stuff.

Answer:
Warehouse have a black dress with a waistband like that, but it's shorter and has different straps.
I agree though, it's nice to see a more fitted dress coming back in, flowy looks stupid on me!

Agent Provocateur sizing
NO.2. ask :
Agent Provocateur sizing
I'm quite liking a couple of things in their sale (and lots of things not in the sale  :D ) so I need to know what their sizing is like, esp. for bras.
Cheers :D
Answer:
very large around the back and pretty standard cups I would go down a back size and up a cup size. the knickers I have from there are VERY low so I would probably also go up a size in them just so they clear the top of your bikini line and bum-crack (sorry for TMI:lol: ).

Thanks, ellie. Does that apply even to people who don't have abnormally high bum cracks? :p  I just realised that I'll be in London this weekend so I'll try to resist the urge to spend now (and save on pp) and go to Selfridges instead.
Answer:
yes I think so:cool: , mine push the boundaries of the concept of low-rise and barely come to the top of my furry bit (which I am not aware is unusally high:lol: ).
Answer:
Lol! Ok, so I'll bear (or is it bare in this case? :D ) that in mind, just hope they have a nice selection of sizes for me to try on.
Dress for Autumn Wedding reception
NO.3. ask :
Dress for Autumn Wedding reception
Ahh! Help! I have a wedding (church and then reception) in early September and need a dress or something to wear. Things is the reception ends at 7pm!
Am a curvy size 12 - any ideas???
Answer:
It depends on how much you want to spend, what style you want etc.
But here's a few;
Pricey, but nice(y)
Black Dress I think that'd be nice with a wine coloured pashmina.
Or a printed wrap dress is always popular here and if you want to spend more then everyone seems to love Diane Von Furstenburg..
Answer:
Hello Sara8
I'm going to a wedding in Autumn too - bit later though, not til October.
I've figured the weather will be quite cold my then so I'm not going to attempt dresses.
I'm thinking of going for a bit of a 40s look with pencil skirt, round toe shoes etc, teamed with a lovely fawn belted suede jacket with faux fur collar (already have this).
Not strictly weddingey, but I don't really like buying outfits I only get to wear once or twice and I'm hoping I'd get more mileage out of this.

Answer:
I'd also be tempted to go for separates - if you hang on a little while all the A W stuff will be in stores and it looks as though there are going to be some really lovely things; pretty skirts, lovely blouses and cute little jackets in gorgeous colours.
Answer:
If it helps, I'm coming around to the idea of wearing my existing LBD and investing in a new jacket to wear to the church at an autumn wedding.
Especially as black is coming back (as if it ever left). I reckon a flower corsage and one of those thingys (I've forgotten the word!) in my hair would lift the look and stop it being inappropriately dark.
Desperately hoping....

Desperately hoping....
...that this skirt is still on the NAP website in my size in a months time (this months spending budget gone already - and this would eat it all up in one go anyway). Just wondered what others thought of it.
Answer:
Gorge - a classic that you'll still be wearing in 5 years time
Answer:
Not my cup of tea, but if you like it go for it!
Answer:
agree with tiny, you'd get lots of wear out of it and it wont date but not my cup of tea at all. sorry!
Answer:
Not my style but I think it could look nice on

Where do you get your Jeans??
NO.5. ask :
Where do you get your Jeans??
Having a nightmare... want to get or rather, need to get some new Jeans.. not finding any I like though!!
I will not pay anything crazy.. £30 is about my limit! I destroy my clothes on a daily basis and my sisters steal my clothes, so dont want to treat them before Christmas.
I'm a smalll size 10 but I have got this gross "bulges" on my hips!
I can't bear to wear clothes on my waist so high jeans are not an option. I like jeans that fit nicely on my hips or just below, is tight round my butt and thighs with a good bootcut. Ideally I'd like a pair for casual days in trainers and flipflops and a pair for evenings!
Any Suggestions??
Answer:
try going to TK max - they hold loads of different ranges, so try on loads until you find the perfect fit. they are usually priced about £20-30 for designer jeans so very reasonable.
Personally I buy my jeans from Miss sixty (perfect fit but pricey) or river island (around £30 for most styles).
Answer:
yeah defo go to tk maxx. i was there this morning and they have racks and racks of jeans! i like low cut ones too and get vodoo dolls ones. they fit really nicely and were less then £20. topshop jeans are nice but very expensive. you could check out their sale in oxford street though.
i used to like miss selfridge jeans too, although they are a bit too pricey for me now.
hope you find some nice ones
xx
Answer:
TK Maxx seems to be a popular choice... will have to set aside an afternoon to rummage through!
Did you find that Miss S jeans fade very quickly?? I tried using only persil colour and they still went from black to grey after about 2 months!

I went to TK Maxx this morning and got a nice pair of Earl Jeans (which I didn't think suited me, but oh well...) for £24.99. I only ever go to TK Maxx for jeans but it's definitely worth it. :) They're all in size order too so it's v easy to find ones to try on. I took 6 pairs into the changing room with me :D
