I bought some Manolo ankle boots from Neiman Marcus. Had them shipped over using www.shopthestates.com
I find the sizing comes up really small though - had to go up half a size. Lovely shoes though - would really like some pointy mary janes some time.

Hey guys,
Going shopping today into Liverpool and would looooove a black and white (or grey and white) stripey longish v neck top or jumper. Anyone seen one in any of the high street stores? I went whilst the Xmas sales were on (i.e. Day after Boxing Day) and there was just soooo much crap in the shops that I gave up and came home. Fingers crossed that they have their new stocks in now! Anyone any ideas where the places to go are??
Oh and guess who is also getting the Topshop flat suede over the knee boots on her credit card?! :D :D :D

Beware with the topshop boots. Toosh and I are trying to get refunded as after a few wears they have stretched around the ankle and now sag so they go under the knee:(

I bought a vest top in black and white strips from Quiz, it’s such a god-awful shop but I was on a mission and it was the only place left.
Its long length and has little knots on the straps, they also do it in grey and black as well as a v-neck jumper.
Edited to add I wear a plain black vest top underneath as its quite low cut

this past week i have been to Primark wasting money on tights! i saw some nice black diamond patterned tights so i bought them in large, got them home and they didn't fit, no big deal i figured they only cost £2 so i went back today bought them again this time in XL plus another pair quite similar, the second pair fit but the replacement for the first Large ones still don't fit by the way i'm a size 16 and trousers/jeans that i bought from Primark are all lose.
I don't want to keep wasting money on tights that don't fit does anyone have any suggestions where i can find tights that fit and are reasonably priced?

i've done the same, i'm also a 16. boots were quite good, but still a bit small, the leg's fine, but the waist is a little tight.

i find giving them a stretch before putting them on helps! oh, and washing them in the machine too. im a 16 too btw and find boots ones a little tight but it stops them falling down i guess! :lol:
