i think you'll just have to aim for something funky and colourful as the market for kids laptop cases is not very big!
crumpler are great though - and there bags are good if you don't want to be robbed as they look like normal bags.
my favourite bags come from: http://www.freitag.ch
they have some amazing stuff - and all recycled. they do cases again.
these are just cases not bags. personally i'd get a nice protective case then it can go in the back of any bag and reduces mugging risks etc.

I can't seem to shop at the moment. I work in town and its normal for me to spend my lunch hour browsing the shops, usually getting very excited about something or other.
