ELouai pictures- quick help needed
I've made one of the dolls on elouai.com- how do you actually save the picture though to use as a signature on your posts?
Answer:
I think you just save it to your comp, then I used photobucket to attach it
x
Answer:
Hmmm, when I try to save it from the website it will only allow me to save the javascript codes and not the pic. It's a shame cos it's purdy :o(
Answer:
There should be a pic of a little disc by the doll that you click to save to computer. Or right click and do 'save picture as'.
You will then need to upload the picture onto somewhere like www.photobucket.com
Once that is done use the http it gives you complete with the IMG tags. Copy and paste it into the signnature bit which should be found in your here control panel.
Answer:
AARRGGHHH
I've tried everything- right clicking, pressing the save your doll button, and all it will allow me to have is either the javascript or a bitmap file that won't open.
Thanks for your help girls, never mind.

A longer length white boob tube kind of top?
I've just bought the cutest little black racer back shrug/waistcoat kind of thing, and have decided that it will look awesome with a longer length slightly slouchy white boob tube.
I had a look round the high street and the only boob tubes i found there were tight lycra midriff baring ones
Anyone seen any about?
Answer:
Not much use because I'm looking for a pretty similar kind of thing, but I know a couple of people on here have longline bandeau tops from HM. They have bows on though I think, but they might do some plainer ones for summer!
Answer:
They have these on the Look Again website. They were mentioned on here a few weeks ago :)
Answer:
you'd think they'd be easy to find wouldnt you bibbitybob?!
jerrica - thanks, that ones a bit longer than I wanted, do you think I could customise it and make it a bit shorter, think that'd make it sit funny at the bottom ?
Answer:
I think you could make that shorter no problem.
O/T - fashionable ski resorts
NO.3. ask :
O/T - fashionable ski resorts
see what i did there - i used the Mimi school of thinking and put fashionable in the title so that it's not totally O/T !!;) I trust your opinions more than in travel !
MrSP and I are wanting to go on a skiing holiday with my bf and her bloke in March time. We're all beginners(i had lessons as a child but remember very little so need to re-learn me thinks), so we want somewhere that we can have lessons whilst there and with easy slopes, somewhere that has good apres ski and also quite cheap!! We're also only going for a week so not anywhere too far.
Not after much am i !!
So, can any of you ladies that have been skiing suggest anywhere???
Thanks you in advance for any replies. xx
Answer:
Oooh, me and Mr Lucy want to go skiing!
I have heard that the Italian resorts are really cool. The First Choice website is brilliant for planning a skiing holiday from what I've seen, and they seperate the site into sections by beginner skiier and what type of resort you want. Def check it out.
Want to go myself but if it's that or a summer hol I have to plump for the latter!
Answer:
Ooh, you'll have the best time SP! I go skiing with a bunch of mates every year and it's v fun.
In recent years, I've only ever been to the same place in the French Alps, so can't say much about anywhere else. But the alps are really easy to get to - just fly to Geneva with one of the cheap airlines.
How about Chamonix? That's a v famous resort with tons of apres ski.
Or maybe Meribel or Val D'Isere?
websites like www.ifyouski.com might be helpful
have fun!
Answer:
Thanks Lucy, i'll check out their website.
Nixy - thanks for the tips, i'll try all of those resorts you mentioned. I must admit i am clueless when it comes to skiing and have no idea where to start!!
Answer:
Im going to Soll in Austria in March. Im a beginner too( infact ive never skied). Im very excited , it should be good fun and hopefully I wont do a bridget jones:p !!
It wasnt very expensive either though i think ski hire an dlessons etc will add to the cost.
I cant wait. Let us know where you decide:)
More groovy, cheap platforms!

More groovy, cheap platforms!
Laura's thread reminded me...! I took a pic of these platforms the other day to show you guys.
They're £18 from Matalan.
Sorry it's a bit of a crap pic, but they're peep toe and faux snakeskin and (I think) suede with a bow on the front.
Still deciding whether or not I need to buy them  ;)
Answer:
Oh, those look really nice! I cant tell from the pic - are they peep toe or closed?
Answer:

They're peep toe - the extra black bit on the toe is the 2nd shoe of their pair poking out.
Answer:
They look nice, I could do with some black ones
Pic of green NL boots...

Pic of green NL boots...
Sorry for the long delay guys, but have finally got round to uploading a pic of those green Miss Sixty-alike boots from New Look.
Didn't realise how tiny the pic would be, but here you go!!
Answer:
:heartpop: I saw them in New Look and think I fell in love, but I wasn't allowed to buy them :( Don't know what I'd wear them with anyway, but they are beautiful.
Answer:
Oh BB, they are gorgeous! I've wanted a pair for a while as I keep seeing them but a) having checked what they're made of b) just like Shoooes I wouldn't know what to wear them with and c) I'm on a spending diet!!
Go for them yourself girl, if you can! x
Answer:
They look really nice from the pic. I know some people said they thought they looked cheap though which is a shame as they do look lovely.
Didnt you want to buy them Bibbity? Or did you? Cant remember!:uzzle:

I certainly did! But unfortunately even £30 is out of my budget at the moment...especially for a pair of boots I'd probably just sit and gaze at (don't really have anything I could wear them with :meh: ) :p
