Smart jeans but what top?
Please help me girls, am going to a work belated Xmas party tomorrow evening in a smart pub in London tomorrow.
Have decided to wear my smart dark jeans with pointy boots but I don't have a top to wear :( I need something with short sleeves and I can only get to Dotty P's New Look, Next or Topshop before tomorrow.
Can anyone suggest something? The desperation is setting in

I've got boobs and a bum and bought a Betty Jackson Black crossover jersey dress from Debenhams at the weekend. It's got a v-back and front and looks fantastic on. I would put a link to it (it's on the Debenhams website - £60) but Debenhams site is down, sorry.

Hello Ladies,
Long-time lurker and a bit shy but wondered if anyone could help: I have a friend with wide feet who is desperately seeking some party shoes. Ideally she would like silver in colour, Mary-Janes or strappy sandals, but is not overly-fussy, any selection for wide feet would be worth a look.
I have read discussions in the past about Duo, the boots for wide calves people, and thought their range might stretch to shoes but no...
Any recommendations for retailers in the London area or online would just about save her night!
Oh, she is also teeny with small (probably a 3-4) but wide feet so the sites that are just for laregr sizes are of no help.

Evans start at a 4 - for wide feet.
Online - try The Shoe Tailor - they do up to an EEE fitting and start small.

Marks and Spencer do wide fit, and theeir shoes are fashionable now

Sorry lacegirl but Shoe Tailor/Vivaladiva start at a 4, Clarks apparently don't do wide fit any more and although some of their normal fit stuff is nice MS seem to think only grannies have wide feet.
As you can tell, this is a problem I have too. The thing is that normally I end up buying shoes that are too big for me just to get the width, so if I buy wide fitting shoes they are too big cos I need a smaller size (a 3 in my case which most of them don't do)

Clarks definitely do 3's but in limited ranges.

but mango have stopped stocking them :( :( and the only alternatives I can find is next, but they just don't have that same elelgant shape iyswim??
anyone seen the mango courts in store anywhere? or have a pair they don't want?

Have you looked on ebay at vintage courts? They have a very vintage shape - I have some red ones almost identical that I got from a charidee shop.

They did do the mango shoes in red too but i'd imagine they'd be impossible to get now :( The black slingback version are in the sale.

I just spotted these on the Oasis website. They only come in black leather though but I thought I'd post them for anyone who might like them. They're a lovely shape but I'd much prefer them in a different colour as well.

Yes, it's on in the Manchester arndale one. There wasn't really anything left that I liked in my size when I looked last Friday. It's on the sale shoes too.

TS sales always go into BOGOF as far as I remember. And all the stores get a memo out on it so that they all start on the same day, so it should be everywhere if it's already started in one.
