yes it is from primark and they do them in black in fact I am wearing mine today! they are nice quite thin so you need to wear a vest underneath

I'm new here so be gentle!!
I have a challenge for you!! My OH and I are off to Paris for 4 days in Feb. Keep thinking about what to take, thought you guys would be able to help me out. Criteria is, don't want to have to pack/carry too much stuff as this is what I always end up doing and then bring most of it back.
Obvioulsy I would like to look as fab as poss. both day and night. During the day, we'll be doing loads and loads of walking looking at the sights etc., so footwear is important. I want to look nice, but also I want to be comfy, warm etc. so ideas for nice day time outfits/items required.
Come night time, we'll be sampling some nice bars restaurants etc. so would like to dress up a bit but not too OTT. Really could do with some kind of capsule"city break" wardrobe, I am asking too much?
I'm 30 (eek), 5ft, about 8.5 stones, long blonde hair, fair skin!!

Oooh thanks for the tip, I thought it might be slightly warmer than the UK, but I will bare it in mind and go prepared.
I'm not a trainer person at all really but am worried that I may end up moaning of aching feet! Has anyone got any recs. for some nice, elegant trainers not too sporty that would look nice in the day time.

So what is everyone up to???
My last weekend for a few weeks so I am going to try and be vaguely glam since it's boots and anoraks for the next three weeks!!!!
Tonight I am hoping to fit in yoga before going out with my mate locally:
Grey Sass and Bide misfits, my new boned, but baggy!!!! bandeau top with a vintage broach to make it slightly heart shaped at top, tons of gold chains and my black office platform heels. Will wear leopard print jacket to keep warm!
Tomorrow:
Gym, yoga, mooching around Nott Hill - think Mr Mimi's taking me for a healthy lunch at Fresh and Wild so misfits, gold socks, navy vintage peep toes, navy and white stripey top, navy jumper jacket with vintage gold and blue tiger brooch.
Evening: Going out for dinner and lots of cocktails with Mr Mimi followed by a bit of dancing so will be looking (notting)hillbilly
:lol: in Black bandeau dress with small white polka dots, black vintage belt at waist, bright green Marc jacobs peep toes and hair in a huge quiff.
Sunday:
Tax return :rolleyes: and paper edits for next week so probably Juicy tracksuit and Uggs to keep snug
In the evening I'm going round to my mates, but will probably just wear same as Sat afternoon.

I'm still in my jimjams but hopping into the shower to get ready for an exciting afternoon out at Ikea - YAY! I love Ikea. I'm not joking I'm dead excited. I am going to wear my black tape skirt from Warehouse, a black cowl neck sweater from Miss Selfridge, my tan Fiorentini and Baker boots and a brown cord jacket fom Zara, with lots of wooden beads and bangles.
Then I'm going car shopping with Mr Curls tomorrow - probably a similar outfit.
The rest of the weekend I am just monging at home so probably just some loose pants, a cashmere sweater and Uggs. A fairly quiet weekend this week, which is good as I'm feeling a bit knackered.

I have a long sleeved knee length wrap dress that I've had for over a year but worn only twice!
I don't like the colour, it's a light brown just looks like it's been washed once too often!
I thought about dying it a richer brown but wondered if I'd be able to get away with dying it a different colour. Is that possible? I've never dyed anything before.
If so, what colour do you think would be nice?

If it's cotton you should be ok, and if you dye it a noticably darker colour.

I think it depends on what your colouring is, but dark chocolate brown could be cool.
