Am I going to burn in Hell?

NO.1. Ask :
Am I going to burn in Hell?
Hi everyone I'm normally just a lurker but need some advice as I'm going crazy
I ordered a lot of stuff from Dotty P's using the 25% discount (thanks for the tip CiC), but most of it was wrong size, wrong colour etc so I took it back to my local store today.
I was struggling with baby TPF and a moany friend at the time so I didn't realise that they had refunded me the whole amount and not taken into account the discount until I got home.
I'm really worried now that they will see on my statement that I have more refunded than I spent and will come and lock me up!
What should I do? Sorry if this seems trivial but I am so worried I might end up on a most wanted list somewhere! :o
Thanks baggers!
Answer:
People have done it on here before and they're still alive and posting!! :p ;)
Answer:
tpf I wouldn't worry too much, I have heard stories of people on the bag doing this on purpose!
Personally I wouldn't but as of such I haven't heard of anyone getting into bother so you can sleep well tonight!:)

Answer:
If they do realise they will probably just write to you but I seriously doubt that they will notice TBH.
It was their mistake so don't worry about it :)
Answer:
Loads of people on here have done it! I think some people were thinking of doing it to make money:lol:
I'd do it myself all the time if i could get out :D

    taking care of shoes
can ppl share tips on taking care of shoes please?? my regular day shoes don't get wrecked at all (as they're not very nice and very practical). today am wearing new shoes as i bought several pairs of new shoes this month - they're from accessorise and the top layer of the ballet pumps is peeling off already.
i'm trying to store them nicely and clean them before putting them away but should i be using protecctor sprays and other things im unaware of??
don't want my nice shoes to all get wrecked!! although mental note to oneself wear crap shoes to work as i forgot to change my shoes today so i'm contributing to them wearing out faster than they should...
    Answer:
i'm sorry to say it's probably the quality of the shoe itself; all you can do is, uh, walk carefully in them? i had a pair of faith ballet shoes and the top layer was starting to wear off within the first few weeks.
    Answer:
    Some shoes are just delicate

    NO.3. ask :
    Gypsy Skirts
Are you girls going to be wearing your gypsy skirts again this spring/summer?
I thought that it wouldnt be a look for 2006 because it's like last years boho style but when I went shopping today every shop seemed to have a massive range of them!
I don't want to wear one and feel like a fashion victim. I already cringe when I see someone with a poncho or a disc belt!
    Answer:
I have a couple that I bought from HM for my holidays last year, but because we had to cancel I didn't get much wear out of them (not a big skirt wearer!).
So I'll definitely be swishing around in them this Summer - probably worn just with a plain vest or t-shirt.
I like them, I don't really care if they're in fashion or not :meh:
    Answer:
I'll still wear my navy blue, brown and old black one that everyone comments on. I just thrown them together with vests, tees and a fitted denim jacket and I'm ready to go. Oh I have a peach one too.
I don't look like a chav in them and they look nice and I don't live in them all summer so why not?
I've never teamed them with ponchos or disk belts either so will throw one on at some point during summer regardless when I can't be assed to dress up to go to the newsagent or onto the high street!
I don't care if they're not deemed fashionable anymore. I wear what suits me!
    Answer:
I didn't really go for the proper gypsy style, have one long green skirt which I will wear again but the others are all flared skirts (can't get to grips with the whole A line, empire line thing) which all go to the same point on my leg in varying colours. Stick to what suits you, if they suit you wear them!
    Answer:
Personally, I think Gypsy skirts were pretty much last season. I do have a lime green one that i wear with my white tee but to be honest i dont see them getting pulled out of my wardrobe any time soon. I think that if you were to get one, go for the 3/4 length rather than the ones down to the floor. Its not very flattering when there is mud etc. along the bottom!!

    Fashion advice for my friend
Ok, my friend has asked me for some advice...
He's just started a new job and is looking forward to his first pay day as he hasn't bought any clothes in a looooong time. And he told me he hasn't got a clue what to buy accessories wise and what kinda trousers he could get besides jeans (although he does wear combats and cords occasionally)
So I said I'd help him find some stuff... :D or at least find some looks he could copy.
He's looking for trousers (everyday wear, not formal), shirts (formal but funky), t.shirts he can wear everyday, possibly long sleeve and some shoes to wear everyday - at the moment he has some Longsdale ones, from Burtons I think, so a kinda casual trainer would be good, although nothing like nike, adidas etc etc. And where could he get some funky accessories?? He also wants to move on from his obsession of wearing brown lol.
He's very tall as well, medium build, not fat not skinny and he doesn't want to spend loads ££.
    Any advice welcomed!
    Thanks girlies ;)
    Answer:
Ok, from shopping for MrOneill I would say:
Shoes:- Get him to get a pair of tan leather trainer/shoe combo things. You know the ones, like a really casual shoe/dressy trainer. Mroneill has no clue about fashion and this colour shoe will literally be foolproof in wearing with all jeans and cargo trousers.
Long Sleeved T's - I've gotten Mr ones from both Topman and Primark and to be honest, there's very little difference in quality. Greys, blues, and whites will go with everthing.
Jumpers - Topman do some nice round and vneck jumpers for 30 euro each in lots of different colours. Thinking again of matching up, I go for navy's and browns for DH
Zippy up hoodies and cardies - Topman and ****
Trousers - Mr's consist of mixture of cargo pants, loose fit jeans, and a couple of dressier pairs, in Greys, Khakis, and Stone colours. I tend to go for darker wash battered jeans because he wears them so much that they look good after being washed a lot. Mostly **** for these but River Island can have nice casual ones sometimes.
Shirts - Usually get these in **** as well, but shirts are very much personal taste rather than a basic.
One thing that you shoudl say to him though is to get himself a couple of pieces now, and then save up for the sales in January, because I got DH 500 euro worth of items in French connections sale for just over 200, and Topmans and river islands sales are good as well. The mens sales always have better stuff, better reductions, and much more of it, so its worth saving up for. ;)
    Answer:
    Ooo thanks tinyoneill :)
The shoes sound like just what he's looking for. From what I've read in your post, I think what he really needs to do is stock up on some basics in fairly neutral colours and try layering maybe jumpers with shirts, or t.shirts over LS t.shirts, or t.shirts with hoodies/cardies. He loves river island jeans as well, so I'll help him choose some :)
He explained to me how his t.shirts would tend to get tighter with wear and how the LS ones would get baggier so they would be difficult to layer... men! lol. I suppose being tall doesn't help though.
    Answer:
I personally don't like 'shoes' on a man for daywear, unless of course they work in an office/business environment then that's totally different. So i would suggest he got some Converse in a neutral colour like black/cream as they go with almost everything and can be smartened up if need be. They are also cheap @ around £30!
Trouser wise I would suggest he just gets a good pair(or 2) of jeans which he likes and fit well. If jeans are his thing then he should just go with that. Maybe get 2 pairs of the same cut if he finds a style he likes but in different washes?! Also I think tweedy material trouser worn slightly baggy with a pair of Converse and layered tee's can look nice and smarter than jeans as an alternative. I think Topman/GAP do some of these?
Tee's and l/s tee's he will find from anywhere such as TM, RI, Primark, all the high street usuals and he'd probably be best to just get some basic colours he can mix together, like tiny suggested - greys/blacks/and maybe throw a bit more colour in too if he usually sticks to brown.
Accessories wise - Topman do lots of accessories for men. I don't really go in many men's high st stores but i'm sure somebody else could suggest some places. I think he should look at getting a nice scarf that's a bit different, maybe with a few colours in instead of a plain colour. A nice everyday belt to go on his jeans, I think dark brown looks better than black.
I would tell him not to go too far from his usual style straight the way though otherwise he won't feel comfortable in what he is wearing and nothing will look right!
