How about...?
I went on a bargain hunt yesterday and managed to get a silver and pink thread style belt, a long (covers bum) top with a shimmery design on the front but not too busy and a pink cropped cardi.
Does anyone think that I can get away with wearing the long top with the cropped cardi? The colours blend together really well but I just can't tell from hanging them up - and can't really be fussed to try them on yet! Maybe with the belt too?
Opinions on this and if people agree then suggestions of what to wear on the bottom half would be appreciated! I'm going for a 'yeah I look great but i'm smart/casual and haven't made too much effort' look.
Answer:
I wear long tops and cropped cardi's all the time, I'd ditch the belt tho'
Answer:
I agree with bella - the belt would look wrong, but the rest fine
Answer:
Yep I am wearing this combo right now and as long as u don't wear a belt it looks great! I just find the belts cuts you in half a bit:)
Answer:
No belt and skinny jeans on the bottom? :)
replica balenciaga bag
NO.2. ask :
replica balenciaga bag
Hi
Does anyone know a good website or store in London that makes replicas of the latest 'it' bags. my bro's g/f wants a balenciaga but doesn't want to fork out the full whack a genuine one costs.
Answer:
A lot of the high street shops have replicas that vary from utter crap to not too bad. IMO the best replica you will get will be from Lush Fashions. They are quick and not expensive and their Balenciaga motorcycle bags are pretty good.
Answer:
Vanilla (Kings Road) has them too but their ones are imo not nice.

I've got a black Lush one. It was from ebay and is identical to the original. I'd recommend them.

Those jean sticker things!
NO.5. ask :
Those jean sticker things!
What are those sticker things you can buy to prolong the life of a pair of jeans if the denim's wearing thin?
Someone was complaining that their jeans were wearing between the thighs. A pair of Dp jeans I have are doing the same and I like this pair and don't want them to die yet!!!
Where do you get them from and how exactly do they work? Tried doing a search and couldn't finsd anything - although I know they were mentioned at least twice in the past 10 weeks!
Answer:
You can buy iron denim patches in John Lewis - is that what you mean? I guess you would iron them onto the inside to give strength.
Answer:
I got some from Woolies a couple of years ago and ironed them onto the inside of the leg and it worked fine. :)
Answer:
Yeah those are the things I'm after. How long do they last and how much are they? Do they come in a pack?
Answer:
There's something called "Iron-on Mender" . It's like interface that you use to back collars with to make them a bit stiffer/give them more body. Bit difficult to describe but it's a sort of white fabric with adhesive on the back that melts when you iron it. It's good for strenghtening fabric.
Not sure where you can buy it in the UK but Woolies might be worth a go. Hope that makes sense :)
