Broderie Anglaise
I love this - reminds me of romantic summer days and picnics! Apparently there's going to be lots around for summer.
There was a gorgeous white Matalan dress in Grazia this week.
I like this top as well:

Anyone else spotted anything?
Sadly it would look a bit ridiculous in January but we can dream!:)
Answer:
It is lovely but I warn you now - I'd put money on this being a chav target!
I said this last winter about the white gypsy skirts - I was right and I'm sure this will have the same appeal. It will be on every market stall.
And most mass produced broderie anglaise looks really really cheap.
Answer:
I like the matalan dress in grazia as well but agree with sakura . . .
Answer:
I bet you are right sakura. It will be a shame, as I have always thought broderie anglaise is so pretty and have a lovely little top that I got last year. Couldn't stand to see it all over like those tacky white gypsy skirts:sick: .
Answer:
i want to get a broderie anglaise headscarf type thingy for the summer as a bit of a nod toward the trend but yup, im thinking it could be a bit of overkill.
and sakura, couldn't agree more about the cheap imitation stuff

(1)short tweed cute slightly pleated short skirt in shades of pale pink, brown, dark purple, cream (sounds terrible but it is cute and quite 70´s)
-fitted polo neck (either brown or dark purple)
-opaques (either brown or dark purple)
-leather suede boots in brown or leather camel/tan boots
-camel fur bolero (love this)
or
(2)white crisp shirt
-black fitted cargo style jeans
-zebra and black leather belt (with huge belt)
-zebra fur leather shoes
-lots of silver/black beads
-huge wool black bolero
Tomorrow:
-Long corduroy cream skirt
-Thick huge polo neck collar cream wool jumper
-camel leather boots
and going to birthday dinner party and will wear one of my fave wool 70's style short black dress with check in cream and dark green...sounds weird but it is really cute and has this oval shapped neck collar!(worn with black opaques and boots!)
Sunday:
Will be voting for our local President and will wear my cream shorts, some polo neck, net like cream tights and camel suede boots :)
Gosh! Being reaaaally organised! Yawn!!!
 ;) :)
Answer:
Oooh chinese - yum! Your outfits sound lovely!!
Tonight I'm staying in with my OH so will be just lounging around so its not worth describing what i'm wearing!
Tomorrow day - not really sure what I'm doing yet?
Tomorrow night - an excuse to get all glammed up as I'm going out to a club!! Am thinking of wearing grey skinnies, zebra print bandeau and a sleevless black shirt worn over the top - its very low and tight fitting so will need something underneath and either my green peep toe platforms or black ankle boots and black and metallic grey beads and accessories. I hope that outfit looks ok otherwise I'm stumped!!
Answer:
Thanks Jerrica! I like the sound of your bandeau top too and outfit quite funky for a sat night out! ;)

Great outfit tomorrow, Jerrica. Where're the zebra print bandeau and green peeptoes from?
Answer:
Really like the sound of the skirt Miss Sofia and all the 70s colours.
Jerrica - zebra print bandau sounds fab!
Tonight I am going to the gym and am going to make myself work v hard to work off all the bourbon biccies I have been scoffing all morning! Will be wearing black adidas pants and pink T-shirt of miraculous cooling fabric.
Tomorrow I am torn between lazing in bed and catching up on sleep, giving the house the scrubbing it really needs or heading down to Portabello market. If the weather's nice I'm going with the Portabello option as I feel I need to get at least a few hours out in the fresh air.
Tomorrow night I'm going out for Nepalese (which seems to be pretty much the same as Indian ) with Mr PB and another couple. Think I will wear my sheer polka dot shirt with something under to preserve modesty, indigo skinnies and dark metallic blue Mary Janes. Need some sort of funky necklace so I may have a hunt in town.
Sunday we're going to Mr PB's folks' house for his sister's 30th birthday. Am thinking of wearning black lace skirt with sash tie waist and cream tight poloneck.
Have lovely weekends everyone.

O/T - dublin in june for 21st
NO.3. ask :
O/T - dublin in june for 21st
im thinkin of doing a weekend in dublin for my 21st any suggestions?
Answer:
Sorry no real suggestions but just a warning to avoid the weekend of the 9th/10th June as there is a Robbie williams concert at Croke Park and according to my friend there isn't a piece of accomodation to be had.
Other than that I'd say go for it, I love Dublin. Great shops, food and bars so I'm sure you'll love it. There are some Dublin baggers on here who will be able to give you more specific advice.
Answer:
suggestions for what? clubs/pubs/ hotels/ shopping?
Answer:
i went to dublin a few years back for a weekend break, i loved it but unfortunately have few memories of places i went to as i was.....erm 'merry' most of the time! have fun!:o

If you're more specific about what you're looking for I'm sure some of us can help :)
What will u be wearing this Spring
NO.4. ask :
What will u be wearing this Spring
Hi,
it's Friday and I'm bored. Pay day next Hurrah.
So what will you be buying yourself for the Spring??
Answer:
a lovely burberry beige mac!....i might have to get a cheapie version though as my budget mightnt stretch that far.... and im thinking of getting hkbl to make me a woven bottega veneta bag, maybe in red
Answer:
I am quite obsessed with long line tops and waisted belts over the top at the moment (as my style diary shows, lol), so I think that will carry on into spring.
I'd also love a nice light Spring dress for going out in, to get me out of my jeans rut!
Answer:
If I'm honest - whatever everyone else buys! :o
I am fashion's fool. A will o' the wisp. At the mercy of other fashion baggers ....
Answer:
I got some great skinny jeans on sales and I think it going to be a season of skinnies with a white safari shirt, tailored jackets and ballet flats for me
New Dress
NO.5. ask :
New Dress
1 Attachment(s) Hi All,
Just ordered this dress from Additions for £11. It was about £40 on other sites, so I was quite pleased.
What do you think? I'm thinking it could look good with peeptoes and a shrug/jacket for work and heels and sparkle for going out.
Opinions would be great :)
Answer:
i love it!
Answer:
it doesnt scream 'buy me' to me but its nice. especially for the price.
Answer:
I like it! It sounds fab with the outfit you described, and very bargainous :)
Answer:
Is it leopard print? Its not really my style but it is undeniably a bargain!:)
