What do you think of these boots?
1 Attachment(s) I have a credit note for office, so far I haven't seen one thing in there I like, however, these otk boots have cropped up. With my student discount they'd only be £54, so I'd only have to pay £4
I think I'm just toying with the idea of getting them because there's nothing better, and the credit note is burning a hole in the purse though!
(They're over the knee btw, but can't decide if i like the pointiness/tiny heel thing)
Answer:
I like them!
But what i would say is don't buy for the sake of buying them. There will be all the new spring shoes coming out soon!
Answer:
very nice!
but cat raises a good point...

Yes, I know it could have been a PM, but just wanted to thank you for your online shops link. It was posted a while ago by you and another bagger. I saved it to my favourites and have a look every now and then. Well I have just purchased a lovely Ollie Nic bag online and just wanted to say "Thank you".

American Sizes
NO.3. ask :
American Sizes
Hello, I want to order a basque online but it's from an American website. I just want to know if their bra sizing is the same as ours. So, if I order a size 42D which is my bra size here in the UK, will the American size fit me? I need to be sure as the pp is a lot of money so I want to make sure it will fit me before ordering. Many thanks.
Answer:
afaik the only difference between us and uk bra sizes is that the US uses DDD for example instead of E. UK and US use imperial sizing, not European. So I am a 34DDD in US and 34 E in UK bras but a 75E in a European size.
Answer:
I thought it was a size smaller:confused: for example i'm a 36 E here but when i'm there i buy 36 DD and they fit fine, which is also what it says on the victoria secret website http://www2.victoriassecret.com/html...vc/sizecharts/
Answer:
I think it all depends on the make of bra - I am different sizes between different makes - I go from a 34DDD to a 32G. That's why bra buying online is so difficult. I usually try the one I want in a shop and then buy the right size online. Naturally you can't always do that.
Answer:
I've always had to go a size up in the UK, which is a nice boost for the ego. :D
Can you email the website and see what they recommend?

Allergy free watches - not exactly trendsetting?!
NO.5. ask :
Allergy free watches - not exactly trendsetting?!
I've been on the lookout for a nickel/allergy-free watch for ages, anyone else have the same problem or is looking for the same thing?
I'm thinking I'm going to have to get a plastic watch, like a Swatch but are they trendy these days? I've had a look on some websites but for plastic watches they a little overpriced
Any suggestions or linkys welcome! Please stop me from considering a casio! :o
Answer:
Hey
cant really help with regards to the watch thing as such, but i wanted to know if this is the same thing as when you buy cheap jewellery and it makes you itch and develop a rash?
Ive got to buy proper silver or i scratch and burn up.
Answer:
Hey fefe,
In short, it sounds like you are allergic to nickel, either that or cheap jewellery ;)
Cheap(er) jewellery IS more likely to contain nickel, or a nickel coating. If you were allergic you'd react with an itchy, burning feeling with raised bumps (on your wrist) and pus (in your ears), especially in the summer when sweat reacts with the metal! Very annoying
Watches are usually in direct and prolonged contact with the skin so it's more likely to cause irritation and it's pretty common I think.
Wearing 'pure' metals can help, but even they can have a nickel coating, or contain a nickel alloy.
Strangeley I can wear silver earrings in my second ear hole with no problem, but with my first hole I get a reaction almost instantly (same earrings)....bizarre, think I may have a foreign body allergy there and am signing myself up for research
Oh and can the research people who secretly lurk here please take note and make some trendy plastic watches :)
Answer:
wearing most earrings make me itch like mad and i get wee almost heat rash bumps on me after a while.Just the same reaction i get when im near cats or wear perfume.
Answer:
1 Attachment(s) What do we think of this one then?
I'm thinking, yay I won't be allergic, it's 25 pounds (as oppossed to 50+), and is quite classic looking.
If you think I'm scraping the barrel, feel free to say :)
