Bikinis - non-matching tops and bottoms
Do you think it's ok to have a different top to the bottoms? Reason being, I bought a bikini from Oasis in this print - (looks pinky on the site pic but it's actually more of an orange/coral):
Interestingly, the top doesn't appear on the site but the bottoms do - wonder how many others have bought this top but not the bottoms?? Anyway, I absolutely love the top, but the bottoms are really, really low cut and no matter how much weight I lose  , I'll still have some overhang... nice, so they're not for keeping unfortunately.
So, do you reckon I could get away with, say, some plain bottoms that closely match one of the colours in the top, or is it best to stick to matching? I will wear the bikini top on its own with shorts at sometime, so definitely want to keep the top.
Thanks all-knowing ones! :)
Answer:
I would usually say non-matching top and bottoms is a big no-no (not sure why, I just don't like it).
However, as it's a patterned bikini I think you could probably get away with a plain pair of bottoms that pick out one of the colours in the pattern - probably pink or black (thinking black would be better, as there seems to be more black in the pattern). I think that would be okay :)
Answer:
i almost always wear non-matching bikinis! the reason usually being that i love the top but i'm not comfortable in the bottoms. i definitely think it's ok, obviously
Answer:
I think it's fine, I'd agree with GJ and say go for black bottoms.
Love the print too!
Answer:
Just shows how websites can't properly depict colours - it's actually a dark brown, gold and coral - hard to tell, I know!
I would definitely obviously stick to plain bottoms, and I'm thinking probably brown would be the easiest to match to - should be no problem to get hold of a brown pair of bottoms to match.
To be honest, I only really bought it more for the top to wear with denim shorts on hols etc.
The bottoms were £12 so I'm not going to keep them unless they fit, and they don't.
Thanks ladies, appreciate your opinions!

Thanks Karina... but that link takes you to Office!!!
Never mind, I think they are actually offering free shipping anyway to everyone as I went on the site today and it automatically removed the shipping costs without needing a code!

Selling something on ebay then 'friend' wants it...
Hi,
Nearlly two years ago my then best friend made us by Ann Summers outfits to wear out for her 18th. I got the miss massage outfit, and never wore it...It's been sitting in her home ever since and she is always asking to wear it but as we dont particularly get on anymore I say No as I havent even wore it, and knew I could get more for it on Ebay had it not be worn. (I really dislike her now).
I'd imagine its not in particularly great condition seems its at her house, she has no respect for anything, but the hat is still with it. I watched one on ebay go for £26, and another go for about £22.
I asked her if I could have as Im selling it on Ebay and she said she will buy it off me If I am selling it, how much do I ask for it? It's origionally £32. I was thinking about suggesting £23 and seeing what she says, or is that mean? I dont want to look like im trying to bump her or anything...
Answer:
I'd ask her for an even £20 and it'll save you having to list it, incur fees etc and especially if it's not in great condition
Answer:
Thanks PS! The only reason its not in GC is cause she's had it! Typical! I'll suggest that and see what she says :D

Firetrap cream hooded zip top (does this count, I've literally just ordered it - patience paid off - was £50, now £40 in the sale!! - I was only looking at it last night!!)
A loose white cami top for hols
A pair of extremely comfy flats - will I ever find these?
Think that's it!
