Answer:
I tried it on in the shop yesterday and it looked awful. :(

Stupid child bearing hips :(

Boots narrow ankles, no luck with Duo!
I always seem to have so much material around my ankles in boots so i decided to get the Duo ones, but still it seems too big around my ankles. I got the pointy toe knee highs but they seem more like slouch boots. Should i just stick with them or does anyone know any other makes for narrow feet/ankles?
    Answer:
    anybody with narrow ankles???
    Answer:
I've got tiny ankles and wrists and know exactly what you mean! There is no way I can wear boots without zips which has been a real shame this season as there have been some gorgeous ones out there!
However as my ankles and wrists are the only things that are remotely slim on me I have also made a belated New Year Resolution to show them off, to this end I will be wearing fantasic heels with skinny jeans rolled up to display them this spring :o
Anyway back to your point....I just put up with it and pull my boots up constantly or alteratively roll down a pair of socks so they are doubled over round my ankle so the boots look less baggy iyswim?
    Answer:
I have really slim ankles too.
I just wear a pair of socks inside my boots and fold down the top of the sock to bulk up my ankle. It seems to work fine but then I also have very narrow feet so the thick sock helps make my foot fatter too.

    what do I doooooo?
today I went in new look for a browse and found some jeans to try on, they were £7 reduced from £28 and were gorgeous on, flattering, great fit, great colour etc....but with one problem, they are really low, if I bent over you'd see my bum  but they're otherwise so incredibly perfect!! do I buy them or not?
ETA if I did buy them I would of course wear a long top :p
    Answer:
get them! total bargain. you can always try them with a belt?
    Answer:
They are such a bargain - like you say if you wore long tops with them no one would notice:)
    Answer:
yes, go back! most of my tops are long-line or I wear dresses over jeans, so no one would know if my jeans are low, well unless they were MC Hammer stylee

    NO.5. ask :
    help!
    hello,
i'm hoping some of you fashion gurus can help me out!
bit of background - in the last couple of years, my body has changed shape (i'm only in my mid 20's but apparently it's quite common). I'm the same clothes size, maybe 3 or 4 pounds heavier but not that much. size 10, sometimes 12 on the bottom.
but i've developed the 'muffin top' syndrome, and a flabbier tummy.
i used to have a flat tummy and no love handles so i wore short tight tops when i went out. obviously i can't wear these anymore, so i've gone to the other extreme wearing longer, loser, and frankly more boring tops.
a friend pointed out that i've got lovely arms/shoulders/generally still slim torso, and i should make the most of this. i agree but can't seem to find what i'm looking for in any of the shops i've looked in - topshop,hm,next - so far.
i guess ideally i'd like fitted, longer length, strappy tops, sexier - do you guys have any suggestions as to where i can look?
apologies for going on - i wanted to 'set the scene'!
eta: i know i could actually just lose weight/exercise to get my body back to what it was before, but that's another point altogether!!
    Answer:
How about these from Dorothy Perkins
    or these from Warehouse
    Answer:
I love the second top which you posted Shiny :great:
