Are these nice?
Hello
I already have a pair of skinny jeans but cam across these - are they nice or would i be able to find nicer for cheaper?
skinny jeans
Thank you
Answer:
Hi Jusmee, I think they're fine but you could find cheaper ones on the high street- it's worth looking at the Primark ones and New Look ones too. There are so many of them around that you should be able to get a good pair without having to chance it by ordering online- it's a pain when you have to send them back!
Answer:
They are quite nice! :)
Answer:
for high street ones i think the prim, ark ones at £12 are fab.
Answer:
They look nice :)
The primark ones aren't as skinny as that so may be not what you are looking for. New look have a similar pair for £25 but by the time you have gone to town it may be easier to get those ones.
Don't forget to use 'RightTrack' for 15% off if you do order them :)
O/T Limo Hire
NO.2. ask :
O/T Limo Hire
Im thinkin of hiring a limo for my 21st and was wondering if anyone had ever done this?
anyone know any good companies?
Answer:
I did it when I was eighteen- 8 years ago! (blimey, how time flies)
It was organised for me by a friend and my then boyfriend- have no idea which companym, sorry. I think they paid a flat rate for the whole evening from 7-2 a.m. and the driver drove wherever we asked him to (round London). It had a CD player in there so we bought loads of CDs with us and lots of bottles of drink because it had a little fridge as well.
Although a lot of people do it now and sometimes it looks a bit cheesy, at the time it was a great laugh and was a memorable night, so I'd recommend it for a bit of fun!
Answer:
we were thinkin of gettin it to take us from manchester to blackpool and back . thought it would be a good way of gettin there.
think my 21st will be a cheesy night out!!!! especially if my sis has anythin to do with it!!!
Answer:
Ive been in one - it was organised by a friend - sorry dont know the company. Think it cost around £50 for an hours drive around the town. It was really great - the driver played loads of cheesy music at full blast and we got champagne and chocolates. It was fab - everyone was waving at us:p
60's fancy dress
NO.3. ask :
60's fancy dress
I am going to a 60's themed fancy dress party at New Year - but it is quite a serious one, if you know what I mean. It is at a club where they wear original 60's suits and dresses and I have nothing like that. What can I buy in the shops now that will look authentic? :(
Answer:
Get yourself onto ebay!
Look out for a good pair of pale colour opaque tights in the shops to wear with a small tunic dress from ebay. Also pick up a cloth hairband - there are quite a few around at the moment. You can also do a lot with the way you style your hair/makeup.
Answer:
Definitely agree with triscca about the hair/makeup - lots of black eyeliner and backcombed hair with an alice band (they're selling the rigid type ones in topshop at the mo).
Round-toe pumps or mary janes with coloured tights and a black miniskirt/white top should do the job. If you're slim you can get old fashioned looking miniskirts in the biggest size of kids/teen sections like New Look.
Answer:
I'd personally avoid hiring something from a fancy dress shop, which will be horrible, synthetic and cheap looking :nono:
you can do so much with the little touches, like triscca and rosali suggested, big hair, strong make-up, opaque tights, hairbands, false eyelashes, which will be altogether cheaper!!:yay:
if you can find a fitted sweater dress, that would look fab...i think oasis have a black, turtle-neck, short, fitted sweater dress....
also there's loads of beatnik style stuff at the mo - a black + white sweater dress would look great.
or if you've got great legs, just buy a longish top, and wear with black leggings (make sure they're not shiny) instead of tights, sexy and stylish! ;)
hope this helps

Never ever before asked UGGS question
NO.5. ask :
Never ever before asked UGGS question
Hiya girls!
I want to buy some new uggs but I have a few issues:
My old ones (old, as in November) tend to get a bit smelly and they hurt my calves a bit too if I wear them all day. Does anyone else find this? My lining hasn’t flattened down at all on the leg, very annoying as I wanted to roll them down but I feel like a yetti if I do that.
So, I was going to get the short ones in sand (that’s the colour I have now) but then my boyfriend said why not get chestnut, then I’d have both colours. Persuade me one way or the other please...
Finally, has anyone done business with Hartings recently? Are they still being a bit slow?
Ta!
xxx
Answer:
I ordered from hartings for a friend's mum the beginning of December and they came before xmas :) They has problems with the shipping people but i think it's sorted now!
I'd go for chesnuts but i'm biased :D They go with lots of stuff and i prefer them to the sand, they are a nice rich tan colour so go with everything really.
I sometimes find my calves ache when wearing them purely because they are flat, i get it with all my flat shoes. I guess it's because your calf muscle is getting stretched?
Answer:
I recommend getting some that have natural coloured fleece inside, mine are black and my feet are now dyed black and no amount of scrubbing will make them look clean :o
Answer:
Get the chestnut!!!! I got a pair of short chestnut Uggs from the Ugg Store back in December and love them to bits :D
Answer:
I ordered some short ones from Hartingz in November and they still aren't here. I emailed them about 3 weeks ago too and they never bothered to reply  I'll have to contact my credit card company now and see what they say.
