Hi all,

There was a sign there, but it was in small imprint and didnt have chance to read it.
Thanks guys,
Zoe.:)
Answer:
think kookai has gone down the pan
Answer:
I`m not sure about B`ham but the High Street Ken branch has gone and the Knightsbridge one looks a little iffy
Answer:
Yup kookai is going kaput!
Answer:
Maurice and Michael Bennett, the guys behind Oasis, Warehouse and Coast have joined a partnership with Maurice Helfgott and will be taking control of its UK stores, so looks like it will be back but not everywhere. See this site:

Kirsten Dunst has been photgraphed quite a lot recently wearing a white Vivienne Westwood dress, which is corset-ed (is that even a word?! ) with one strap over the shoulder.
I love this dress, and want a picture of it to swoon over. Any know where I can find it? I've been on to VW website, and googled it, but can't find the picture.

    I'm new with question
    Hello,
I'm new and this is my first post :)
After having my baby daughter (now three months old) I'm half a stone from my goal weight :yay:
What looks are in style?? am I to late for the jeans tucked into boots look
Is the victorian look still in??
    thank you in advance
    MissDee
    Answer:
The answer is - no, of course you're not too late for jeans tucked into boots. If you like the look, wear it! I think a lot of us were wearing it before it became 'fashionable' and doubtless a lot of us will be wearing it when it isn't 'fashionable' as well!
Victorian's still around atm; I don't think a pretty, light-coloured not too overly detailed victorian blouse (especially if it's lacy) will look out of place in summer's fashions. But as I said before, if you like something, then wear it with pride and never mind if it's 'in' or not
And welcome to the Fashion Forum - lock up your credit cards before it's too late!

    Answer:
    Hi Miss Dee..
The boots in jeans look has really taken on a new angle lately..with a much more sleeker line, with greys and blacks and navy blue. Instead of the boho style..
Theres a fab mix of styles around at the moment on the high street, you cant really go too wrong with a few key pieces!
What are your favourate shops and usual style? What sort of style do you want to go for...young and sexy, trendy and hip or more cool mum? :)

    Answer:
    thanks for the replies.
sarahpuggy, I love Oasis but am mostly a here girl!! I have gucci doir and fendi.
My style was normally quite smart/formal as I work(ed) in law before going on maternity leave but since having my daughter I've chilled out a bit. I've also just turned 26 and feel like having a re-vamp lol
My hubby as promised me some ££££ when I get to my goal weight so I wanted to get some trendy pieces that will last me a while.
I'm not wanting to be a fashion victim but also don't want to look to un-cool or out of date to my 12 year old step-daughter (she lives with us)
    Answer:
Take a look at the 'What are you wearing' thread - there are lots of great outfits on there and it's a good place for ideas!
I've no idea if this will help you at all, but a while ago there was this
I'd add a couple of things to the list:
-- A pair of wide-legged trousers; I got converted to these last year and they're incredibly flattering (if you get the right pair) as well as being very easy to dress up or down. There are lots around this season - try MS, Dotty P's or Gap.
-- Gaucho trousers. These are a personal favourite of mine, and are cullotte-style full swirly knee length trousers cut from a jersey fabric. They're quite unusual but flattering and elegant, and great for looking smart but not starchy! Urban Outfitters may get them again this summer; New Look also (used?) to do some.
-- City shorts, or, if you feel really brave, short shorts! Smart tailored knee length shorts are very versatile and have lasted for a couple of seasons. Worn with tights and boots, they can work through winter as well.
For key fashionable pieces for this season, there have been lots of threads recently about spring/summer fashions - if you do a search, you'll probably find some. Off the top of my head:
-- White is a big trend - everything from white shirts to gorgeous white dresses
-- The Victorian lace trend continues, but revamped into much softer, lighter colours for spring
    -- Polka dots are everywhere!
-- Pleats are also appearing a lot
-- Nude colours are around quite a bit - everything from dusky rose by way of peach and mocha
-- Waist-cinching belts remain from winter
    Hope that helps a little.

    NO.4. ask :
    HM Shoes??
Does anyone know if HM are actually selling shoes in the UK? Was just reading through the Vogue Street Chic section (can have a good laugh at that) and this girl mentions them bringing out a new line of shoes. I know they sell basic shoes like plimsoles and flip flops but have never seen anything like her boots!!
    Answer:
over xmas i saw some lovely black heels with a sexy tassle ankle tie , and was so tempted to buy them but resisted. Thats the only time ive seen "proper" shoes there though.
    Answer:
I do remember seeing green boots in there before Christmas - they were hung up with all the accessories - scarves, etc... They were £70 though I think which seemed alot for HM!! :)
    Answer:
    I love her boots!!
It was in London though so I doubt it'll spread for a while. But it's exciting if it will! Sort of place that would do manmade stuff, too.
    Answer:
I've not seen those boots but I got some nice black ones from HM before Xmas, my one (Nottingham) does a few ranges of shoes and boots - not many though.

  • Figleaves sizing

    NO.5. ask :
    Figleaves sizing
Have seen some undies on Figleaves - just wondering if their sizing comes up slightly big or small? I usually have a problem with La Senza's sizing - sometimes one type of bra fits in one size, but another type of bra in the same size doesn't fit! Or perhaps I'm just an odd shape! :meh:
    Thanking you!
    :)
    Answer:
well there are about a million different brands on figleaves, i don't think they even have their own brand
what brand were you looking at?
    Answer:
well there are about a million different brands on figleaves, i don't think they even have their own brand

    That's what I was gonna say :)
    Answer:
