Opinions please - help me chose out of that i have

Most of my clothes are in the loft i cant get up there, so what i have shown is the main things that i think may be ok tonite, im going to try get to asda even if i cant get to town, maybe a new top would be better then nothing if i cant find a dress.
Please feel free to comment and maybe mix and match, ive also attached piccies of the shoes i have to wear.

Hi i got some short shorts from topshop the other week,but think its too cold to wear them at the mo,i wanna wear them out next weekend maybe but legs will b freezing,i cant wear tights with them as they will make the shoe feel really slippery.
Do you think that leggings under them will look silly.
They are like a browny colour and very short,am hoping they will still be in fashion once the weather gets warmer.:)

Could you not find some nice patterned tights in a similar colour to the shorts? I don't think leggings would look right at all! I think if you were to put something in your shoes to stop your feet sliding forwards that would help. I got some Scholl half insoles from Boots which sit under the ball of your feet to wear with my peep toe heels and as they're material my feet don't slide forwards.
Shorts are definitely going to be in this summer :)
