they have sent me a completely different skirt to what I ordered!!
I ordered a black pencil skirt with white ribbon belt and they sent me an a-line black linen skirt with black linen sash!

I ordered some boots from vivaladiva (via Fashionworld website) and they sent me ............a plastic bag with a label on it showing it was the boots......but it contained a pink acrylic jumper in size 22 :eek: :lol:
They were fantastically helpful when I phoned, AND got the boots out to me really quickly AND sent me a letter saying sorry and offering 20% discount.
Here's hoping DP's offer you a little something to make up for your disapointment

I had this happen once. They apologized and refunded my postage costs. They told me to reorder and they would then refund the postage costs for that item too :)

I have the image in my head of some shoes I'd like but I'm not sure where to look for them - has anyone seen something similar on the high street or online?
The style I want is round toed, with a chunky mid/high heel and an ankle strap, for under £60, preferably in silver but any colour other than black!
