Where do you buy decent jeans?
Can anyone recommend some really nice jeans? I'm about 5 ft 8 and a curvey size 12 - well size 14 really. I'd really like some that I could wear with a nice top/beads for dinner out
But not skinny jeans - they make my bum look big (ger)

True religion, i love the joeys they have flap pockets on the bum wjich i think reduce the look of the size of my bum! I have FAMKs too but prefer these. Warn you they are low rise!
My current favourite pair are atually my primark indigo skinnies. I don't look nearly as pear shaped as i am!
The FAMKs and True Religion jeans can be bought in Selfridges and in some other concessions of stores.

Yup, I was about to suggest 7FAMK too...I don't actually own any yet, but I've heard them recommended so many times, am definitely going to get some soon. I like the flared Dojo style, very good for balancing your bum, much better than skinnies! :) They're quite expensive, but they're meant to be universally flattering!

There's a really lovely pair by Sass and Bide on net a porter that are a really lovely flattering fit and bootcut.
I got about 4 pairs of them and everyone that I've cajoled into buying them have fallen in love with them! Plus they make your botty look fab!

It's a nice necklace but bear in mind that there are loads of very similar styles on the high street for much less money. It doesn't really look like you are getting what you are paying for so if I was you I'd go for a high street copy.

I am so sick of my feet :( First of all i am a half size so that makes most shoes either too small or too big. Secondly i seem to have a high tipped big toe, meaning the nail tip seems to point jauntily upwards - so it rubs the roof of close fitting shoes *see pic*

Lastly i seem to have pathetic sensitive feet that rub raw in seconds, all thise mean that i just can't seem to find nice shoes i can actually wear and not hobble in.
the last straw is this weekend where i bought some lovely kitten heeled ballet pump type things with black ribbin and bow from new Look. A 7 was too big, a 6 a tad too small but as they were real leather i thought theyd stretch. No such luck! Tried to break them in at home with socks and i am a cripple, so back to the shop they go.

I know how you feel!!! My feet are only a size 2 so the only shoes that fit me are usually covered in big pink bows!!! My Mum and Dad got me trainers for christmas and the had to get them from the nipper section in JD!!! And they only have 2 velcro fasteners coz they are meant for 8 year olds!!! On a positive though my trainers are cheap... which is good as it's them or Barbie shoes!!!

I can sympathise with being a half size - I'm a 6.5 and shoes are either too tight or too slack. I find in round toe shoes I have to go up to size 7 and wear insoles (but they tend to slob off the back of my ankle and make blisters then). In pointy shoes I'm usually ok in a 6 but they often rub my little toes :(

At the moment i seem to live in casual shoes or high heel boots. i decided to splash out on some proper leather clark shoes that are pretty but well made and i think although i will have to break them in, they won't cut my feet to shreds.
I am gutted that i just can't seem to wear fashion shoes. I really can't afford to spend £40-50 quid each time for a pair of shoes!

Get knitting, that would be stunningly easy and a heap cheaper than buying. If you want to get technical knitting wise to get that look I would knit the hat in the largest size and use knit-in elastic on the edge to give it the head hugging rim with loose fit top look.

I have one very similar to that from MS a couple of years ago, (sorry not much help)....but it's a beret style and knitted in a large knit (big needles?) and I wear it like the model in your pic and not beret style....IYSWIM.
