I have an interview at manchester for pharmacy tomorrow. I had everything sorted and i tried the shirt i was going to wear. i showed my sister and she said that i loooked like jordan! i cant stop crying as i now don't no what to wear! my here and shoes don't match either!

the brown satiny shirt is from zara. i was wearing a black vest top underneath. urgh im so upset.
i am also wearing a dark red/marroon scarf which i could wear over the shirt. but i might look silly wearing that all the time!

I bought a jacket off Ebay on Saturday and it arrived this morning - but when I got it out of the packaging it absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke. To me, it smells asthough someone has worn it and spent all night in a smokey pub and then sent it to me!
On the listing it says the following -
my clothing also is not from a totally smoke free zone as we have family members who enjoy a cigerette, so please do bear this in mind when bidding or buying as i really am fed up of bad feedback being left for this matter
Which is fine, but I sell bits on Ebay and Mr KC smokes in the house, but nothing I have ever sold has smelt like this. I am paranoid about smells, and always ensure that eveything smells fresh and clean - which I think is only right.
I don't think she has made any attempt to try and disguise the smell and it's really put me off the jacket, which to be honest looks better in the picture than the flesh. If I was going to consider wearing it, I would have to have it thoroughly cleaned first.
At the moment, I just want to return it to her and get a refund, but I am not sure what to do and if I have any right to do this? So I was wondering if any of you Ebay experts could give me a bit of advice?

Umm... to be fair to the seller, she did make sure you knew it was coming from a smoky environment before bidding, so to be honest I don't think theres much you can do - she didn't misrepresent the item, or lie about it, and it was your choice to bid on it. I do sympathise with you though, it isn't very nice to send it out like that! I'd be annoyed too.
I'd imagine the smell will come out with one wash, I work in a bar and my uniform smells horribly smoky after a 9-hour shift, but one wash sorts it out!

the one I´m wearing today and another one in pink and cream from Benetton,
