I'm thinking of ordering a couple of items from ASOS but have a few questions as i'm an online shopping virgin :o (I'm so ashamed, but I have to try stuff on before I buy) anyways:
a) is the quality any good?
b) what happens if I'm not in when the packages are delivered?
c) whats their returns policy like?

Quality can be hit or miss, usually pretty crap unless it's branded stuff.
They post their items standard first class so if they can fit it through the letterbox it will probably be sent to your local depot.
Returns policy is fine but you have to pay for postage.
ETA: Saying all that i still can't resist ordering the odd bit to see what it's like it the flesh!

In my opinion, I haven't found the quality of their goods good at all. I've ordered a skirt, t-shirt, jewellery in the past, and I wouldn't buy from them again unless I really, really wanted something. But maybe I'm just fussy. And the rest, CiC has answered :)

I bought a lovely Reiss cardigan last Friday and paid by Paypal as per the listing. The payment is still showing as pending and the seller hasn't responded to any of my emails.
The seller is still active and has a listing ending today, again giving Paypal as the payment option.
I wanted the top for this weekend so I'm a bit annoyed.
What do I do? :confused:

When you click on the item description does it say that you've paid for it via Paypal on xzy date?
Maybe the seller hasn't had time to check their messages? I don't check my messages for several days, so it might be that?
Have you got confirmation emails from ebay and Paypal saying that you've paid?
